I just bought my second QX60 this time preowned certified almost brand new and by going to Denis and his team member David I received the excellent customer service and for sure the best price possible. I've been buying and servicing cars from Steve Lapin and his teams since something like 1999. The way his staff interacts with you (e.g. listening, sharing information, helping, working out a good deal) to the work performed (fair price and reliable) speaks to the integrity he brings to the business. Maybe, because it's a family business but he retains long term and relatively happy employees. For me, I love visiting and seeing Steve, his son Sandy, Rob, Drew and the whole gang. I have been to the Thousand Oaks dealership for 5 consecutive car leases. I recently chose to buy out my lease. They refused to service my buyout on the weekend and told me to go to a different dealership for a weekend buyout. Upon a debative conversation with them over knowing they have finance employees on the premises on the weekends they've hung up on me several times while I'm trying to figure out why they don't have full service for their customers on the weekend. Van Nuys dealership was more than happy to help me with my lease buyout on a Sunday afternoon even though I've never directly purchased a car from them. I can't imagine ever dealing with this store again.

I want to express our gratitude toward this dealership we had a great experience, Joel Gonzalez was such a professional and pleasure to work with we began our inquiry of a q50 about a month ago and Joel was not aggressive he was easygoing and answered all our questions going as far as taking extra photos of vehicles. We live in Riverside we decided to make the 2 hour drive to see our q50 Red Sport Joel went as far as having cars ready cleaned and side by side we had two options to look at both majestic white these cars where in pristine shape it was tuff but Joel let us take our time no pressure and made us feel at ease answering all our concerns and details. Joel made us feel we where in good hands and we where!
