I've been buying and servicing cars from Steve Lapin and his teams since something like 1999. The way his staff interacts with you (e.g. listening, sharing information, helping, working out a good deal) to the work performed (fair price and reliable) speaks to the integrity he brings to the business. Maybe, because it's a family business but he retains long term and relatively happy employees. For me, I love visiting and seeing Steve, his son Sandy, Rob, Drew and the whole gang.
