This is a clean 7-11 inside and out. Being located in Glendale means no homeless/mentally unstable people out front, at least I've never encountered any. They have been out of several of my favorite items recently though - they never have any of the original Reese's Big Cups in stock anymore, they only have the kinds with potato chips or pretzels in them. They also never have any of the Cherry Dr Pepper or Mango Pepsi in stock which can be pretty frustrating. Other than those small issues everything else there is well stocked and the employees are polite and helpful.

One of the Best 7-Eleven I have seen. I have been in many many 7-Eleven, but this one im Glendale, is wayyyyy different with the perfect Customer Services, and the polite Respond, Especially the Owner "Harry". Harry is Person with Humble personality, he always smile with the customers; he always respond to the customers needs.. I have seen places where the employees and the management have such a Low, Sharp, and bad Attitude, regardless of their business type. But this place "7-Eleven" is such good place.. Thank you Harry, thank you staff....

Very impressed by how clean this store was. The employees are friendly and I observed great team work to help customers more expediently. Definitely best experience by far!

I used to avoid this store but in my recent visits they have won me back. The people there are so nice now and are super customer focused always helping out with the 7rewards and discounts. The new coffee urns are kept clean - it makes me feel safe drinking their coffee - and the coffee is always hot no matter what time!!

This location is closest to my house. It used to have the rudest staff ever. They were always accusing customers of ludicrous things. But ever since Harry and the new staff came in this store is amazing. They are always reminding you of the deals you can get and are super kind and helpful.

I was on lunch break and stopped in for a Coca Cola in a glass bottle and some taquitos. Prior to purchasing, I asked the clerk if he had a bottle opener I could use, he said yes once I pay. And then I finish paying and take my card out, and he says “next” to alert the customer behind me. I said, “Can you open it, please?” And he looked at me, shook his head and said no. I was annoyed that I had been lied to just to buy a coke, and then left high and dry. Made me wonder the quality of the food I bought too. If you do go here, don’t trust what the clerks tell you.

Make sure you are only here for 711, or else you will get towed, for sure!!! The store parking lot has a total of five (5) spaces not including their one, disabled space. The interior of the store looks like a tornado hit it this morning. Have a reward card?! USE IT & SAVE!!!

They usually have the things I'm looking for coffee and donuts lol, but like people before have said, not too friendly of a place. One time there was a friendly woman there, maybe she got fired for that lol

Please fire the manager. This guy treats his customers as if he got robbed by them in the past or something. Every single time I see him working seems like he's having a bad day and looks at the customers as if they're about to steal something --which is very unlikely unless the thief is either a klepto or a total crackhead due to the fact that it looks like a concentration camp in there with the cameras all over the place. It's too ironic that they had put up signs that say "smile, you're on camera" when this guy always looks like he just lost his entire pay check by playing scratch-off tickets all day long. He looks completely out of place and makes his job seem so cruel, I almost feel sorry for him. The guy obviously hates his job so please have a heart and just fire him already!
