Terrible service. I waited almost 15 minutes for the guy (Roy) to tell me he couldn’t help me out because there was only 2 employees. How is that my fault? Staff more employees or find better ones than Roy who works at this location and made it feel like he didn’t want to work there. Horrible experience. I needed to Know why the check engine light was on and was denied service. Never coming back.So sad

Unfortunately customer service left A LOT to be desired for... I walked in to have my battery checked (prepared to buy another one) and I literally stood in the store, at the counter (without another customer in the store) for about 12 minutes before being acknowledged. 5 associates walked right by me and it was as if I wasn't even there. It wasn't until I said "HEY CAN I GET SOME HELP?!" that the guy walked over with an attitude to assist me. Overall, they had what I needed BUT their customer service SUCKS!!

Roy one of the store managers, that works afternoon shift. It's horrible at customer service not helping somebody who's disabled and makingexcuses when asked and saying oh it's over there when I asked him if he can show me the product. He said no. He really should be trained in customer service.

I called ahead to check to see if this location had a specific motor oil. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and told that they had the oil. I arrived at the location but I couldn’t find the motor oil. I told the clerk I had called and was told they had the motor oil. He started laughing and said we don’t carry that oil, hilarious. Completely rude incompetent staff.

Not enough people to check you out. Only one. Employees would help you find item but then would send you to a line 10 people deep. Put item back on shelf without purchase and left .. have no clue who's manager but he wasn't around. This store location was Hollywood a little North on 441. Try a different Advance or car parts place next time

They had what I needed, ordering online was a breeze but I am taking away two stars for two reasons: 1. The Parking was really uncomfortable 2. The wait to pick up items that I had prepurchased and ordered online was way too long. They didn’t even have my items set aside when I arrived so after waiting in a long line just to be attended, I had to wait for them to find the items. Thankfully, though my items were not set aside, they were still in stock.

Good place always fully stocked. Great custimee service! Fully staffed. However the outside of the store is in poor condition. Trash is full and the parking lot is full of debris from customers not using the trash can.
