Hello, this past friday which was October 21, 2022 I took my truck in for an alignment and an oil change nothing major. They told me it would be a 2 hr wait which was ok. So I left for abt 2 hrs and 30 mins. But now I am ready to go. I was told the oil change was not done because they had to order my filter. So I asked abt my alignment and they told me it was done that the filter was all i was waiting for. So 30 mins after that they say my truck is done. I get on the freeway and my alignment was worst. It was extremely hard to the right. They told me everything was good. I should have known before i left it there because they were so unprofessional. One guy was working on a vehicle while eating a ice cream cone. Im scared my oil change was not done as well. So today October 25, 2022, I took it to the firestone who always does my vehicles and I never have any problems from. For the same exact thing.

The service is terrible. I took my car in for diagnostics on Friday, September 23, around 2. It’s now the next Thursday. I’ve not been called *once.* I’ve called several times and told they were “looking at the car, right now,” on different days when I called. I last spoke to someone on Tuesday who said I’d need a new (expensive) part and they’re waiting on prices. Still nothing. So I’m racking up rental car charges in the meantime, and this place can’t even be bothered to even call to update me about my car. Never coming here again. Believe the negative reviews. It’s not worth the time or the money.

Firestone does decent work, but they ALWAYS try to oversell you on extra work instead of just taking care of what you're asking. I asked for the price and approximate wait time for an alignment and was I'm immediately told "Oh you're having suspension issues and we can't just do an alignment without charging labor to look into the other things". What???? You haven't even seen the car and you're diagnosing issues from a simple question?? Ma'am can you just do what I asked?? I passed and went elsewhere. Alignment was taken care of with no issues.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!! I called in being 15 minutes away needing my tire to be plugged before work. I was told to come in, open availability. No appointment necessary. I arrived & the manager just got there. He had an attitude & told me I had to wait over an hour. I explained that I just called and was told differently. He still would not plug my tire. I explained to him that I had to be to work & wouldn't have waisted my gas driving to this location if I knew I wouldn't be helped. He said he didn't have to acccept my service. Horrible attitude & energy. I would not recommend coming here at all. I dont usually write reviews but this was a bad experience for me. If I could give a half of a star, I would.

I visited this location today in hopes of getting my tire pressure checked. Once I arrived, no one greeted me. So I waited patiently as I watched 4-5 salesmen pace back and forth throughout the body shop. After about 15 minute of waiting, I walked inside and spoke with someone only for someone to tell me “pull around and someone will be with you.” I politely shared with him that I had been waiting inside my car already. I go back to my car and wait an additional 10 minutes and finally left after no one provided assistance.

Today my husband went to this location to make an oil change. When he went the cashier named ”Felipe” charged my husband $113.58, so my husband asked why was he charging so much and the cashier answered with excuses like “McDonalds‘ is expensive. Everything is expensive“. Also when my husband asked for the paper receipt “Felipe“ did not give it to him and instead said,”I’ll send it to you through email”. So when he came home I checked the email to see the receipt and the official cost was $80 for the oil change. So back when my husband was at this Firestone the change that the cashier gave him was $10 but the cashier still owed his $23. But the most outrageous act committed by this cashier was that after he gave my husband the $10 he said,” We don’t lose. You and me”, and did the zip your mouth motion with his hands. So if the official receipt was $80 then why did ”Felipe” say that the receipt was $113.58? He’s printing out fake receipts in order to scam customers, and so that he doesn’t look suspicious to his supervisors. After my husband told me what happened I went to the Firestone to complain or ask what’s going on and we saw “Felipe”, so we went to confront him. Once I told him everything my husband had told me what happened he started to get nervous and then a customer walked in and “Felipe” told me to hush because I was “screaming“. Mind you I was not screaming I was just annoyed. So when the customer got close to us “Felipe” switched his attitude and tried to give me his hand to shake and said,” We’re cool”. At that point I was done so I walked out and told the new customer to pay attention to the receipts so that he doesn’t get scammed. Also this Firestone location has no cameras so be mindful if you attend this location. Service: Oil change

This location is horrible, the customer service and wait times. I’m new to Texas and my vehicle is the only transportation I have at the moment. I been back in forward to this location for 3 day. All 3 days horrible. On the 3rd day I left my car at 11am, by 7pm my car haven’t been touched. The only reason that I continue to come back was because the manager guy up front(Felipe or Philip , I think his name was) he was kind and seem to care about getting all the customers the service they deserve. He kept me updated on parts and Allow me to actually talk to the person that’s been working on my car during the 3 days. If it wasn’t for him another shop would have gotten my money.

Ridiculous! Got here before they opened to get an oil change. After 90 minutes, they came and told me I needed 2 new tires. This is a work truck, and we have a service company. The guy told me if I get the tires approved, they could get them changed quick. Its now been FOUR hours. When I got up to ask about the truck, which they wouldn't let me drive off because of this nail in the tire, they told me they got the wrong tires. Why won't you let me know that? I'm here on work time, and you are basically holding me hostage because you wouldn't let me take my vehicle. 4+ hours for an oil change and 2 tires. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. The customer service is terrible every time I come to this location. I'll definitely be going to a different location from now on.
