I needed a new battery for my car. The female, I'm assuming is the manager almost sold me the wrong battery for my car. The gentleman in the store stopped her and corrected her before she made the mistake. They state on the website that they do battery installations, but the female in the store told me that no one could do it because there were only 2 people working in the store. I went to another location and there were only two people in the store and they guy in the store assisted me with changing the battery. You would think that after spending almost $300.00, they would assist me. The problem is, both females in the store did not know how to change a battery. I will not shop here again until they hire employees who know how to do every aspect of their job. At the second store, the female couldn't lift a 39lb battery due to back issues. Why would you work at a store where you can't do your job! I had to lift the battery for her and I'm the customer....SMH.

The employers were very friendly and great customer service. They didn't give me no problems at all and I wasn't even in there no more than 10 minutes and they help me and I was satisfied. They are always helpful when I come to this location...

I completely agree with Thomas. This store had everything I needed, but all the young guys working here have 0 knowledge about anything, and was more concerned about clowning around than helping. Every time I come to this location for help, the kids working here literally have no idea about anything. That's fine but it's way more about the lack of professionalism when customers are in the store. Hopefully they can read this and grow as a person and into someone who cares about quality of work, rather than working for just a simple paycheck. Wish them the best

Ms girl with the long thinning brown hair and pencil this eyebrows kept looking at me like she had a problem, then she wants to mock me after I was leaving and said thank you. That’s not how you treat your customers. I’ll get you fired real quick yarn hair. Don’t play with me.

I'm only giving O'reilly three stars because for some reason this company can't seem to find shoppers warranties on alternators for sure I know that to be true. I have given O'reilly five stars, but I not going to give them that five at this time until they make it right for all customers that are having the same thing to happen to them, no I'm not sorry about this post I can only tell the truth.
