I love this Bank ! I had another bank for 5 years that would never loan me Amy money or refinance my car went to talk with this bank refinanced my car ,open free chiefs checking account and a personal loan.

Was referred to by a dear friend for some help with a loan on a new truck after contacting them they made it very simple and on my signature was able to get $20,000 in just a days notice thank you Lindsey you were great help!.. would recommend them over my bank any day of the week

New upgrade made this institution not user friendly for small business owners by removing our access on our app to freely move cash between our business and personal accounts. Solution, even though these guys have gotten so large they can't cater to us any longer their competition doesn't mind. Close all your accounts like I plan to do and move them to Summit Ridge Credit Union off of Woods Chapel and 291.

I like the bank but their ATMs have been trash the last couple years. They either take 1,000 years or they just don't work. I would think they would have it figured it out by now. Maybe don't give us our profit sharing and use that money to fix the ATM's.

The most worthless Atms in the world. They're always broken or missing some function, almost every single time I go I have to try all 3 arms to get the service I need. They're always in repair and then still lack the base services they offer, some offer $5 bills others don't, let's you follow through steps to do withdrawal then when it's "dispensing cash" says oh can't do this service, need to do a deposit nope try yhr other 2 atms and hope and pray they let you. I mean seriously if I had another atm even remotely close I could use I would and at this point it's almost more convenient to pay a damn fee at some other random ATM just so I can avoid spending 30 minutes in lines trying all ATMS for a CHANCE to get what I need done taken care of. I do not recommend coming here at all.

I like Community America but would highly discourage anyone from financing or refinancing a vehicle with them. Dealing with their insurance verification is beyond frustrating. They require you to show coverage on a financed vehicle which is normal and I completely understand. I provided a copy of my insurance cards which is normally sufficient proof for Wells Fargo, Ally, Capital One and every other lender that I have used in the past. A week after providing this information and no response I received a letter in the mail stating if I didn't provide proof that they would purchase insurance for me and apply the cost to my loan. I resent the same email with the same information. 7 Day later they replied to the email and told me they need more information. So I then provided a copy of my entire policy. Then they requested to be added an an additional insured. Then they asked to prove that I had a policy retroactive back to the start of the loan. I explained that I had already owned the vehicle for a year and have had coverage since owning it but my renewal took place in this time frame I was showing them proof of coverage. They then sent me a letter stating that I failed to comply with their request and were going to purchase insurance for me. Sum of the story.... Unless you want to waste countless hours chasing down a bunch of information and receiving unnecessary and threatening letters choose one of the many other lenders. You can get a similar or better rate and not deal with the frustration and non sense.

For checking and savings accounts they are okay. Except when you make a withdrawal from an ATM - even though the system asks which account to withdrawal from - it will pull from whichever account it wants. So make sure you have enough money in all of your accounts to cover the withdrawal. AVOID THEIR CREDIT CARD LIKE THE PLAGUE. Community America subcontracts out the credit fraud service to the lowest bidder. I'm not sure how it could get any lower... Sometimes it will flag legitimate transactions, you'll spend 30 minutes on hold, think the problem is corrected, then still not be able to make the purchase. Even though they say the problem is corrected... If you get scammed (make a purchase on the web that never delivers,) even though you dispute the transaction, Community America won't back you up at all. Their subcontractor will come up with a plethora of excuses to not reimburse you - and you're just screwed. Credit unions used to be all about the members. Now it appears they've become all about the profit. Sad. Update - so I called the number suggested, and, after pushing 1 to tell the automated attendant that I'm already a CACU customer, I got 6 other options. None of them related to this. Had I pushed one, the poor soul on the other end would have had to listen to my story and at the end nothing would have been accomplished and we both would have been in a worse mood. That's not customer service CACU. Real customer service has the fortitude and intelligence to reply with a name, title, and direct phone number.

My husband walked in 30 minutes to closing with the request for an auto loan. Sarah Buchheit went above and beyond our expectations and made the process a breeze. She even stayed 45 minutes after closing so we could get it all done in one day. This Community America has a friendly staff but Sarah is a rockstar!

My husband has an account with you and wanted to contact the branch in Blue Springs MO. We cannot find a phone number and the main number is so annoying and frustrating to use as it will not connect you to an actual person. My husband is really mad that he has to call a main number. He just left to travel 20 miles to the brand drive thru to talk to a person so he can make a transfer. As a senior adult he wants to deal with a person. Start posting the branch phone numbers on the site. I give your phone system a big F for failure.
