First off let me start by saying that today one of your customer service representatives, in the claims department I believe, was outstanding & very helpful. When I was lost after I had to file some claims a couple weeks ago. I received the amount credited back to my account & received the confirmation letters in the mail, but I never received the affidavit forms so I was very confused on what to do. So, I called the customer service line again & a representative named JAMIE helped me get everything straightened out. I just wanted to show my gratitude for her help & didn’t want it to be just a “regular day” for her, I hope she gets recognition for her patience, kindness & professionalism!! New upgrade made this institution not user friendly for small business owners by removing our access on our app to freely move cash between our business and personal accounts. Solution, even though these guys have gotten so large they can't cater to us any longer their competition doesn't mind. Close all your accounts like I plan to do and move them to Summit Ridge Credit Union off of Woods Chapel and 291. ~Jimmy
