1. My Tire Sensors were removed from my car when I got my tires changed. 2. They have broken the lock on my wheels 2 x 3. I called as soon as i left explained what happened and informed them i would be taking the car to my dealership to get serviced when I did I called back and spoke spoke to Mikey the manager that was asking me to bring the car back so they could "check it". 4. I would not recommend to bring your vehicle to them I had to take my car to the BMW dealership to see what was wrong they quoted almost 500 to repair the sensors.

Got a low tire warning on a Saturday and Stephen was great! He fit me in for an appointment and got me on the road quickly. Great selection of tires in stock and competitive pricing. 10/10 recommend.

I was very happy with the price, I got 4 brand new Michelin all season tires balanced and installed for a thousand bucks with 45,000 miles warranty. Also, Mickey M P provided great service.

Just a few years back, I worked for Discount Tire for 3 years and have always been a loyal customer. I’ve always purchased tires from them and the last time I even purchased a Tires AND Wheels set for excess of $2.5k. My experiences have always been great, except this last time. I suffered a nail in my tire and showed up to the store just a few mins after closing. Although the service techs had no problem servicing me, the Manager, MICKEY, refused to help me and said “Discount Tire is all about sending people home before 5:30.” He did not care that I would have to go 2 days with a flat tire. I understand it is my fault for showing up a few mins late, but this just didn’t feel in line with the Discount Tire values that I learned while I worked there. I personally would have taken the 10-15 min it takes to repair the flat tire. I am disappointed. Is it really that bad to leave at 5:35 as opposed to 5:30?

Ordered 4 new tires. After they put the wrong model of tires on my vehicle and cost me another 30 minutes of time, I found that they had pumped the right side tires to 45 PSI and the left side tires to 35 PSI. Not only this, but they put two deep scratches on my steering wheel. How do you even screw up this badly? I'm sticking to costco.

I went to get my tire patched & they refused. They said it couldn’t be patched but when my husband said “yes it can”. The guy didn’t say anything in response to that. I got in my vehicle to leave & they decided to go through my oil life remaining, I never gave them the ok to do so!!! The only thing I left with was a check engine light on that wasn’t on when I arrived….

Service was alright, but I hate the fact that one of the sales associates tried to talk me into replace my tires which I just replaced last year. I talked to the mechanic and he said the other tires are still good (5/32in). The first associate was dishonest. The installation cost they quoted on the phone was also different than what they charged. Something wrong with this location.

Their tire Buisness is a scam. For an over priced tire you would think they would take care of the costumers. Their warranty is definitely a scam, is $50 extra just incase the tire fails before you hit 10,000 miles (nothing). I just had 2 tires wall blow outs. They blamed it on the inner alignment tread level to low; that was on the opposite side of the tire. As you can see this one tire was not even worn out that bad. And they couldn’t even cover one out of the 2 tires I needed replaced. Not to mention the $125 tow truck I had to get, plus $500 for 2 new tires, and an additional $100 dollars for warranty. That’s a scam to me if the warranty only replaces perfect looking tires. If your looking for a cheap good quality place that cares about the costumer go to Tire link. If you just want some A+ grade tires that may cost a bit more but last way longer, go to Firestone. I am officially done with discount tire. I would not recommend this company; not even to my worst enemy.

The service here is phenomenal!!!! I had an 8AM appt and came to the wrong location after knowing and they fit me right in as if I had the appt there! Mickey was my service advisor and he was outstanding!!! Seriously. I was waiting on my ride to come pick me up and they beat my ride!!! Fast service and they tell you every step of the way. You even get a tracking link to track your service.Hector was keeping me updated along the way and was friendly and welcoming just like Mickey as well. I was overall impressed with my experience here and I will be back for sure. I even noticed they met a customer walking up and greeted him before he could even touch the door. The customer service is amazing here and I will be a loyal customer! 5 stars Mickey & Hector thank you guys!!! In and out in 30 minutes tops. These guys were great.
