I recently took my 2016 mustang in for warranty work to the service department, they changed the right taillamp assembly and scratched the bumper on 2 spots, they wanted my car for 3 more days to fix the scratches without offering me a loaner vehicle even tho it's their fault, I ended up fixing the scratches myself in under an hour with a product called Dr. Colorchip with great results, also the tailamp they installed was loose, the nuts were hand tight, take your vehicles elsewhere because these people just seem to not care for your investment.

Should've read reviews and avoided the headed. Was told wait would be 1.5 for routine oil change literally took twice as long. Had I known that would have went else where. Not to mention when they rotated my tires it through my alignment out of whack. Never had that happen since getting an oil change and the car is a 2015. Only off day wasted sitting in a hard uncomfortable chair. Won't be back...

I bought my car from Russell and Smith Ford. A couple weeks ago, I dropped off my car in Russell and Smith Ford quick lane in the morning because of coolant leaking. A guy named Mathew helped me and called me later sometime and told me that they found the problem, it turns out that a tube is too old, and there are totally 4 parts needed to be replaced to stop the leaking, which would cost $440. I agreed to replace them. When I pick up my car in the afternoon, the guy told me the leaking problem has been fixed, and he said he will fix it for free if the leaking is still going on. While, the funny thing is, low coolant level alert came up even before I reached my home! The coolant is still leaking! I sent my car back the next day, and after a thorough checking by them, I was told that the coolant is actually leaking from engine, which may cost $5200 to fix it! The question is, what about the $440 dollars I paid yesterday?! They can do noting except keep saying sorry! And the guy who helped was off next day and he never answer my phone or message any more even after the next day!

Dropped my F-150 off at 0730 for a routine brake service. The truck still is not completed and it had been almost 8 hours. Avoid this place if you value your time.

Don’t expect dealership quality at this location. Got my brakes done here on a 2015 Ford F-150 and they messed them up bad. Brakes were pulsating as they came to a stop. I went back to let them know that they don’t feel right. The technician that did the test drive said they were not done correctly the first time. His excuse was the person that initially installed them was new. They are reinstalling all new brakes and hopefully second time is a charm. Will never come back here to get any work done. Not very confident in their services.

I had some work done on my car at this dealership this past week. Given the cost of labor you will at least expect your car to be returned to you the same way you brought it in. They didn't bother to clean after they were done with the repair. My car was in a much worst state. I also realized there is a crack in my rear bumper that was not there before. I am very disappointed. I will be sure to take my car elsewhere next time.
