I came here a couple years ago and they were nice and professional. I was hoping to get a quote for brake pad replacement, but none of the phone numbers work (from website & Google). Nobody has time to chase contact information to schedule an appointment.

I stopped by Jiffy Lube without an appointment to find out why my check engine light was on. A technician quickly completed an auto engine diagnostic for me and provided me with options for short term and long term fixes for my issue. I opted to have my fuel system treated which only partially resolved my fuel pump issue and will return to have my fuel pump replaced in the next few weeks. Overall, I appreciated the fast, objective service I received and liked the fact that I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision immediately which is what I usually feel when I go to any mechanic alone. The team at Shepherd Jiffy Lube are very friendly and professional. They explain everything to you thoroughly and make sure you understand. They were very fast with my oil change, even with each bay full and cars waiting. They were also very thankful for my business and you can tell they take pride in their location and want to do a good job and build business. It was an all around great experience. Several family members who live nearby have used this shop for oil changes and state inspections for a few years. On a recent visit for an inspection, their inspection was failed due to a determination that a brake job was needed, including a $99. brake system flush and new brakes, with the price TBD, as the parts would have to be ordered. They brought the car to me, a licensed Mechanical Engineer who has performed dozens of brake jobs, and inspection showed only moderate brake pad wear in the front, and he rear brakes fine. They took the car to another inspection shop who passed it as is, with no comment re: brakes. This type of attempted up-sell is beyond the usual filters & wiper blades, and is more egregious as it abuses the inspection process to pressure customers into buying additional services. Absolutely shameful.

I took my car for an oil change right when they opened. It was busy but they got me out of there in 15-20 mins. Very professional and ensured me that my car was up to date with everything that was needed. Definitely recommend this place! Service: Oil change

We took our car here to get a standard oil change and they told us our cabin air filter needed to be changed but they didn't have one in stock. We told them not to worry about it and asked them to put it back into the car so we could replace it ourselves in a week or two. The next day, we noticed air coming into the car where the air filter is. After a quick look, it was obvious that they didn't replace the panel of our car that covers the air filter. When we called to tell them and ask them to look for it, they said "they didn't have it" and when we inquired on how they would reimburse us for a new panel (since we are now going to have to order one ourselves), they told us "it must have been gone before we brought it in". We then pressed further and asked if they would have mentioned to us that the panel was missing when we brought it in and they said "yes". No one mentioned it to us. It's clear that they simply misplaced it but aren't willing to own up to it and make it right. Very disappointing. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
