Beware. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and about thirty minutes after leaving my check engine light came on. I pulled over to find they put my air filter in upside down. Check engine light still on, now my car idles horribly. Not sure what they did but do NOT go here. My car is only 4 years old. Having to take it into the dealership not to find out just how badly they messed my car up.

The service was great I was there about maybe 15-20 minutes they changed my all and replace 1 of my light bulbs I come again I usually do it!!!

Great place for an oil change the workers are always respectful and welcoming. they always have me in and out fast! They also take in my fleet vehicle registered with Enterprise.

This place went from passable to horrible. I’ve been there twice in the last two weeks - I own three cars. They try to force me to buy the full synthetic oil no matter what. If you decline they tell you they don’t have your oil filter (first trip) or that there is a car ahead of you and you need to park along the back of the lot, even though the bay is empty. I could not believe this was happening. Then I went to their Fuqua location and they just flat out said they only do full synthetic, 99 bucks a pop. Thankfully there was an auto repair shop near and 10 minutes later I was out of there with the oil of my choice. Never again Jiffy Lose.

I was arriving from the North West side of Houston and by Google it came out as one of 3 options near me. It was cold and rainy out that day. I got off the frwy cause I felt my car swerve with the rain on the ground so I felt it safer to drive by streets. When I finally arrived a semi heavy set African American told me to pull over to what appeared the 1 of 2 open garages. As I pull up, a young lady in a truck was the only one ahead of me. As it continued to pour he never greeted me, never said it would be a moment,never even acknowledged me in any way. So I decided to wait, being the next and only other person beside the young lady in front of me, another truck pulls up and he had them to reverse in front of me. Oh another young lady? Look, his ignorance and lack of customer service and professionalism made me leave. I went there for a synthetic oil change and to get air in my tires. I was upset at his ways, I was ignored, I was beside myself when he let another car ahead of me after waiting already 20-25 minutes without any salutation. Never again will I ever go to another Jiffy Lube nor would I ever recommend anything bug that your corporation look into this young man's work demeanor. You lost a valuable customer

I spent $75 on an oil change , more than likely not needed ( brand new car had 2 weeks off the lot. the sensor had to be reset on my car) - not a word. Not the problem. 2 months later and still 3k miles to go until next scheduled oil change , my car is bone dry no oil. Oil leaked out from loose filter and gasket not set right and bulges. They did a piss poor job which could have cost my engine to lock up. If you want your car to remain drivable DON’T GO HERE!!! UPDATE: I call to speak to a manager. Person on phone claims to be the manager . extremely rude and combative after explaining problems incurred “he is not the manager” ...avoid the hassle guys!! Again go somewhere else!!
