So happy to have landed on this place for most of my car maintenance needs. The owner (Sam) and the customer liaison (Tisam) are a pleasure to deal with! The service is fast, friendly, professional, and high quality. Sam recommended some suspension upgrades to our 15 year old, 200K miles Lexus SUV, and it rides so much better. They have a charming little waiting area with a table, TV, and phone chargers, so I frequently bring my laptop, but it is often a moot point because my car is ready so fast! This mechanic actually does good work on vehicles, however I question their honesty. I was quoted for a car repair recently, and the service representative told me it would be $1090. He wanted me to come in the very next day to get the documents signed and the car work done. I told him I wanted to shop around and compare prices. When he heard that and saw me walking away, he said that he actually will be able to do it for $750. So I said ok, and still walked out. I went to another mechanic, and at the very first quote, he gave me a price of $750. Same as the Kwik Kars second quote. The service representative at Kwik Kar was trying to make some extra cash. Be careful as you do business with this specific kwik Kar. Shop around first.

Went to this location on Wednesday for an oil change and brakes on my Tundra. They were quick and efficient. Got me in and out in less than 2 hours. Very friendly staff and my trucks runs great. The place is almost unnaturally clean and tidy. Every time I come in I get immediate service from friendly and professional staff. They are thorough, efficient and very quick. Prices are reasonable and they do honor several discounts for local businesses, veteran and active duty military, etc. And always quick to offer water, coffee and conversation to pass the time. So this my second time here. I was suppose to review the first time, but didn't get around to it. Anywho, this place is quick, efficient, clean, and extremely friendly. The amount of time it took for me to type this review and post it (15min) is the same time they took to get my oil change done. I drove from Katy down here even though I have a Kwik Kar 2min from me, just because of my first experience. Second visit was no exception. Thanks Ashton for your help today!
