THANK YOU SO MUCH TO KWIK for the quick service and amazing customer service. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted at the car by Ivan inquiring about what I needed help with today. It took some time to track down the information I needed to get the state inspection completed, but Ivan was super nice about it and didn’t give me a hard time about it. The service itself didn’t take more than 15-20 min and when I was advised that the mileage was beyond the recommended oil change window, I didn’t feel like I was being upsold, which is a complete 180 from my usual experience at a car shop. I really appreciated the help and attention to detail at this facility. I’m grateful it’s not too far from home! Bart also was also very helpful and accommodating to my requests. Stopped by yesterday for their "free" a/c check and was told they didn't have time to do it. They suggested I arrive at 7am when they 1st open which I did this morning...I was 1st customer to arrive. I was then told another car was dropped off the night before and I would have to leave my car for the day! Their oil changes & other services may be fine but I have no intention of ever finding out after this experience. Their sign "free a/c check" out front of building is an absolute joke!

Went here to get annual inspection. They were quick to perform the test but it was all downhill from there. Told me I did not pass due to low levels of power steering fluid which was maybe two table spoons after I looked. So I waisted my time going to advanced auto to buy $3.25 worth of fluid. When I returned they never bothered to check the fluid as I monitored my car after arriving and ten minutes later a tech handed me a pass certificate. While Texas may allow these rip off stations to subjectively fail someone I will subjectively remove them from ALL future business. We are in hard times and anyone who attempts to screw with me will be off the list FOREVER. Hey Kwik Kar if you wanna have me think about a change of heard you can send me a zelle for the $25.50 charged for a bogus failure. Service: Vehicle Inspection

Had an issue following an oil change with the filter gasket, causing a slow leak. The owner drove to my house, crawled under my truck, and fixed it himself. This is a small local business that goes the extra mile to service its customers. As a bonus, they are right next door to my favorite Ace Hardware so I can do my shopping there while I wait!

I drive 2 hours to get my vehicle fixed here, Thomas is the BEST!... I never go anywhere else. They’re very consistent, they don’t jerk you over to try to dig more money out of you. I’ve had engines get fixed, I’ve had numerous oil changes, I’ve had alternators replaced (2 times exactly) , I’ve had the ball joints on my vehicle replaced. They’ve NEVER let me down.. I’ve been going to them even when I had my very first vehicle growing up. Bart is a very high trained professional in automotive problems. He’s always at the shop ensuring all customers needs are met. Services: Oil change, Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

I pass several car maintenance shops on my way to this particular Kwik Kar on Spring Cypress. It is not on my regular driving route. But I don't mind going out of my way for the service I get at this Kwik Kar. I have always had excellent and friendly service there and never an unreasonable wait time. The cost is in line with many other maintenance shop The lobby is comfortable and I can catch up on the news from the lobby tv while I wait. I send my son there for his oil changes now too. I would highly recommend this Kwik Kar to all of my friends and family.
