Jason is the the kindest and most honest mechanic. He helped fix my car’s AC after another shop tried to tell me my entire AC system needed to be replaced for 3000. Jason fixed my AC by replacing a tube for 600. I found his shop by accident but will be a loyal customer here for all future car needs.

Let me start off by reminding people how hard it is to find an honest, reliable mechanic who legitimately knows what he or she is doing. It can be near impossible, especially if you are new to a city (or even if you are not new). When I found out my car needed transmission work, I was less than thrilled about having to look for someone to do the job. After reading through Google reviews, I found Jason at J&I Auto. I cannot say enough good things about Jason. He has been nothing but honest and transparent since the first phone call I made to his shop. Laid back, easy to talk to. No sugar coating. Patience of a saint. The man knows his profession, and to say he knows it well is an understatement. I got my car into his shop and diagnosed quickly. He told me my options, got the job done fast, it was done correctly, and it was done at a unbelievably fair price. I never felt like I was being pressured into getting work done that I didn't need, and I never felt like I was being cheated or taken advantage of. It's safe to say that Jason cares about his customers. I highly recommend J&I Auto to anyone who is needing work done on their car or truck. When my car needs work, no matter if it's an oil change or if it's rebuilding my transmission, J&I Auto is where my car will go. Customer for life!
