Cashier was rude didn't want to listen about something having a tag hanging in front of it saying buy one get one 50% off wouldn't even go check acted like he didn't even hear me talking. I already hate going there because it's always like that

I was having difficulty finding travel sized items that I had missed while packing for a business trip. Joyce, Assistant?? Manager helped me find my items, was extremely friendly, and made suggestions for alternate items when I couldn't find exactly what I needed. I will shop here again.

Went there for the first time about a month ago and boy has that store changed. Looks so much better, cleaner, organized. And the associates working actually acknowledge you. The only thing I didn't care for this time when I went in was I needed to get the patches for my back and they are on the very bottom shelf. Do you know hard it was to bend over to get those patches when you have a bad back. At least move those up some. Just saying. Other than that the store looks great.

I was not pleased with this location. The items in stock was laughable. I also didn't appreciate being followed around the store. I work three jobs and I don't steal despite the stero types thrusted upon POCs!

Cashiers were extremely rude. My adult daughter asked where the universal remotes were. The cashier was speaking in Spanish laughing with another employee and wouldn’t even look at my daughter. She just said “ummm electronics”. My daughter looked all around the store and could not find them so she asked again and was told “we keep them behind the counter so people like you don’t steal them”. My daughter then asked what kind of batteries she needed for the remote and the lady just said “you can’t return this remote” she never responded about the batteries and would not let my daughter look at the remote until it was paid for... it was a $5 dollar remote. Very rude people.

I went at 9:30pm in a hurry for work, google states they close at 10pm but door was locked at 9:30. Each time I've gone staff was not friendly and just rushed to get back on their cellphone.

Sonia the "manager" was very rude to me when I tried to make a return without a receipt. The way she went about speaking and tone of her voice was very unprofessional. I was in the middle of talking to her about the return and she walked away to help another customer in the middle of me talking. I had my bank statement to show it was less then 30 days. The curtain was also not folded how she said they sold it. I said I could refold and put somewhat back in package of how it was sold but she still refused. The reason I'm upset is not over the $10 shower curtain that's no big deal. How she handled the situation is a serious lack of manager skills and bad example to her other co workers as bad reflection on Family Dollar. She needs some serious training on how to treat people and handle situations by upper management. I shop there regularly and did not deserve to be spoken to like that over a return that I was actually just trying to exchange. She was very unprofessional and had to ask her name because she was wearing no name tag. I asked for the customer care number to report her and she she said she not know and could not even look up for me upon request. I am a manager myself and that would never fly. I would never treat someone that way. That behavior is not how a manager should treat or talk to a customer and I recommend the General Manager go over some training on how to speak to people with respect.. Only gave 1 star because I had to so I could post this review

The cashier was very rude and unprofessional with a nasty attitude. I dislike that the manger and cashier were speaking Spanish in front of me when I clearly know they can speak English fluently all because an item was in the wrong spot and she had to change the price then did not accept my coupon although it was legit. Will be call corporate in the morning.
