Unlike their competitors down the road, they charge for tire plugs, and require you to give them your information to get any kind of service done. What does my phone number, and place of residence have anything to do with buying a tire or service? Information is too valuable these days, and I refuse to let anyone make a buck off me without me getting a piece of the pie anymore. Just tell them you're homeless, and you can't afford a phone, and watch their heads reel, or my name is Harry Coucheese phone number is 555xxxxxx 2155 up yours Blvd, Nameless TX, 78641 Hopefully enough people start doing this so these businesses get the picture.

I would avoid!! Brought my car in for a battery test they told me it needed to be replaced. Never showed me any test results proving this statement. While we are picking out a battery I discovered that the install price was nearly $70 not 14.99 or 24.99 like their signs stated. When I ask them why they advertised such a lower price they got very rude and claimed it was because of the high temperatures under my hood and if I didn't like it I could do it myself. Then come to find out upon declining a battery purchase they they had already had my car disassembled and putting a new battery in without my permission. I reached out to two different NTB's down the road and they gave me completely different install price of $25. When I arrived to have my battery replaced they tested it and told me nothing was wrong with it. Can't help but say there's some shady activity taking place.

I am very pleased with the both the quality of the service that I went in for and also the friendly customer service of the staff. Terrance had me in and out in no time and the gentleman who serviced my car did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend NTB and will go back!

Had to go to NTB to get my Tires checked, turned out one of them had a nail in it, so they fixed my Tire and was done overall in 30min. Terrance was the Employee that helped me and he was very thorough, professional, and took good care of my vehicle. Sometime afterwards in the afternoon my husband called me to tell me he had a Nail in his tire too! and had to have roadside tow him to NTB cause his Tire was Flat. The tow truck guy was late so he ended up arriving around 5:45pm and they close at 6pm. I told him ask for Terrance and see what they can do. Even though they were short-handed and had 4 other cars in the shop, Terrance told my Husband he’ll go ahead and repair it himself. I just want to say Terrance is an outstanding, exceptional employee who went above and beyond to help my Husband get his car fixed even though it was last minute. We were so grateful for that, and Terrance gave both of us an amazing customer service experience! I hope the company sees what an amazing employee he is, Thank you again Terrance!

I just want to say First thing, that this company should appreciate that they have an employee like Mr Terrance. He's very good in customer service, and he helped me even though I was 45 mn late to my appointment. It was 15 mn to close time, so he fixed my tire by himself and he was working at the desk also. He made my day because I can't rent a car cause I was late and I can't use uber because my home is far away from my work and it's expensive. So thank god they have Mr Terrance because of him I will continue to be a loyal customer to NTB and recommend this location to everyone I know. This company should be proud to have a great employee like Mr. Terrance! Thank you Terrance for helping me 🙏🏻.

I was in town for just a couple of hours and needed to get back on the road and noticed my tired pressure was down, low and behold I had found a nail in my tire. I called and got Jerrett K on the phone, he was super helpful and made sure I got my car in ASAP. I am not sure who actually worked on my car, but they did a great patch job. Everyone I ran into in the shop was very polite and nice. Thanks for getting me back on the road safely.

I ran over sometime at 530. Arrived at the shop at 548. They close at 6. I was told that they would repair my tire in the morning I could wait there. I am an older female traveling alone. He was completely uncaring and unprofessional!!! Never use this company!!!!! Went 1/2 mile down to Discount Tire and they were helpful and I'm on the road again in minutes!
