Dude, these people are the BEST!!! Best service, always friendly and super knowledgeable, very patient and happy to actually explain and show you what's wrong, and then give their honest recommendation for what you actually need. So grateful for these guys, they have helped us 3+ times with our 2016 Ford escape. They gave us back our AC in time for the summer, so I will also be eternally grateful for that! They are also speedy on top of being so thorough. I will only ever come here for whatever my current and future vehicles need. 20/10 recommend and WILL be back!!! The service is terrible. I took my car in for diagnostics on Friday, September 23, around 2. It’s now the next Thursday. I’ve not been called *once.* I’ve called several times and told they were “looking at the car, right now,” on different days when I called. I last spoke to someone on Tuesday who said I’d need a new (expensive) part and they’re waiting on prices. Still nothing. So I’m racking up rental car charges in the meantime, and this place can’t even be bothered to even call to update me about my car. Never coming here again. Believe the negative reviews. It’s not worth the time or the money. ~Eric
