The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Working with David, Tony, John and Christina was a wonderful experience. A very clean and comfortable mechanic shop. They took me in as a walk in and put my car up on a bay for me and helped installed parts I got on my own. The staff is willing to work with you and make sure that you have a good experience the minute you walk in the door. If you’re in the memorial area definitely check them out! ~Justin

Dude, these people are the BEST!!! Best service, always friendly and super knowledgeable, very patient and happy to actually explain and show you what's wrong, and then give their honest recommendation for what you actually need. So grateful for these guys, they have helped us 3+ times with our 2016 Ford escape. They gave us back our AC in time for the summer, so I will also be eternally grateful for that! They are also speedy on top of being so thorough. I will only ever come here for whatever my current and future vehicles need. 20/10 recommend and WILL be back!!! Beware. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and about thirty minutes after leaving my check engine light came on. I pulled over to find they put my air filter in upside down. Check engine light still on, now my car idles horribly. Not sure what they did but do NOT go here. My car is only 4 years old. Having to take it into the dealership not to find out just how badly they messed my car up. ~Holly

The team at Shepherd Jiffy Lube are very friendly and professional. They explain everything to you thoroughly and make sure you understand. They were very fast with my oil change, even with each bay full and cars waiting. The service is terrible. I took my car in for diagnostics on Friday, September 23, around 2. It’s now the next Thursday. I’ve not been called *once.* I’ve called several times and told they were “looking at the car, right now,” on different days when I called. I last spoke to someone on Tuesday who said I’d need a new (expensive) part and they’re waiting on prices. Still nothing. So I’m racking up rental car charges in the meantime, and this place can’t even be bothered to even call to update me about my car. Never coming here again. Believe the negative reviews. It’s not worth the time or the money. ~Eric
