Very helpful, go the extra mile. Awhile back John (R. I. P.) & George let me keep my mother's BMW there until i could fix or tow it. It was there about 3-4 wks (at least) before i just had to tow it. John called & spoke w a wrecker service & got us a desent discount. George (who is still there) did all he could every time (including using there electricity for my gas mig). Thanks fellas!

I stopped in to have my engine warning light and my battery checked. I was approached by a not so friendly older gentleman.who spoke to me in a very condescending manner as I explained. He managed to locate his testing device as we preceded outside to my car. He fumbled around under the dash then preceded to check my battery. He said the battery didn’t look good. therefore, he recommend putting it on his charger first. I disconnected the battery, brought it in and he advised me to return in an hour which I did. This same older gentleman adamantly told me that my battery was bad and that it would not take a charge. Therefore it needed to be replaced. I informed him that this was a new battery which was only 2 months old. He insisted that it was bad and needed to be replaced. At that point, i decided to have it double checked, and because there were several other places in the area that could check it, I hand carried it over. After an hour, My Battery Was Successful Recharged with No Problems!! Once installed, i preceded to have my engine warning lights checked which showed a bad alternator. I had it replaced that same day. It’s been 3 days now and I have not experienced any more Battery problems!! Because of this questionable experience… I do not recommend this location !!

1st time going today and the man working there helped me find the oil i needed and walked to the oil isle with me. He helped check my oil level since i wasnt sure. Highly recommend and amazing customer service!!

Great... Nice employee! Got a new battery he installed it & pretty much whole transaction, maybe 20 min total. Definitely will go again. Hopefully all is great again.

I went in to purchase engine oil for my vehicle. As I browsed my car manual, an associate told me the correct oil to purchase. He was knowledgeable about my vehicle. The other associate assisted by helping me add the oil. Keep in mind that store traffic was slow; at that time, I was the only customer. Still, this is exceptionally good customer service.

john the store Manager provided stellar customer service today. he assisted me this morning with testing my battery, although he couldn't install my battery for my Mercedes he went above any beyond by recommending several places for me to take my car. he even gave me directions on how to get to those places which weren't far from the store. I really appreciated what he did for me today and I couldn't let this day go by without leaving a review!~ also everyone in the store is very helpful. thank you and continue going above and beyond to meet customers needs.
