I came into autozone for some oil ,Eduardo was so glad to help me find the right oil for my truck. And as I looked embarrassed because I didn’t know where to put the oil at Eduardo had no problem in helping! He saved me !!

Christina is an angel. I was having car trouble and had to pull off the freeway. It was nighttime and I was by myself. After calling AAA, my son happened to call and check to see if I had gotten to my destination. I explained my predicament and he said he’d call me right back. It was a minute or two before 10:00 PM but he called Christina at AutoZone and they came up with a solution if I could get my car there. (About a mile away and AAA gave me an ETA of a couple of hours!). Christina not only waited for me to get there, about 10:20 and after store had closed, but showed me how to fix my problem. She was a life saver!!! Thank you Christina!!! And my son lives in Louisiana!

Worse service ever manager rude as hell.. what she thinks people have her time until she feels like to prove service. Hell no. I'm not coming back even if it was the last place I could get my parts

Christina is awesome. I needed help with my oil and came to this location and she didn’t hesitate to help me. Super sweet and friendly and went over the top to help me out! Glad there are people who care like her about her job and assisting people who don’t know (like me) about their car.

Dropped my battery off around 11:45. While I was at work. Got off at 4 and went to pick up my battery which was left in the same spot I left it at 3 and a half hours later. Worst autozone on the south side of Houston. None of the workers seemed to understand that a battery with charge sticker on it means it needs to be charged. Only reason I noticed is because I left the battery on the closest Counter to the entrance

AutoZone is to go to place in this neighborhood for everything automotive. I must say that the staff is invariably helpful and courteous. They try very hard to help you find the best auto parts for the best price. Overall they are very knowledgeable about autos and trucks, and I cannot count the times that I have seen people from the store helping customers in the parking lot with some difficult vehicle problem. One time when I was struggling with a difficult headlight replacement, the very kind gentleman from the front counter came out and helped me, and changed the headlight faster than I ever could have done.

I Broke down from out of town stopped in many times to get parts and Jennifer was very helpful good attitude and friendly with lots of knowledge all day . On my last stop in Stephanie Went Above and beyond to help me she saw I was exhausted and desperate and mechanics had me in and out all day she took the time to check all my parts to make sure I was getting everything I actually needed and was so helpful. She was awesome . I hope yall know what a amazing employees yall have . Jennifer & Stephanie were really great. Thank you girls for all yalls help. I made it back home to San antonio with my kids.

I am a professional mechanic and I shop at Store#4257 daily. You have a " valued" employee working there named Stephanie Bryant and I always hope that when I go in there that she's there. You see, Stephanie appears to have knowledge of auto parts, has a friendly demeanor, cheerful and always helpful. And she's easy on the eyes!
