Went for an oil change, one of the hoses was accidentally damaged by the technician but he went above and BEYOND to fix it. He even replaced another hose, all free of charge, and stayed late when we were stuck In Traffic to ensure we’d be able to pick up my car. Truly appreciate the hard work and honesty! Will definitely recommend; the situation was handled extremely well. Service: Oil change

Edit 2: My review was highly inappropriate and influenced by outside situations. I apologize. No matter the circumstances this business does right and if mistakes are made (everyone makes mistakes, they do what needs to be done to correct them). I appreciated the response and I'll return the uniforms to the north Texas location. Edit 3: Your blessings are useless. Your words are void. A contract means something. Keeping a shop open 59 hours and being paid 39 is not right. No attempt from "upper management" to right the wrongdoing, shows what is true. Disgusting, is how I would describe "upper management" or in other words "the owner". Dan, I remember that 15 minute conversation where you tried to convince me 100 or so dollars, a week, was better kept in the company than given to me and my family. Disgusting. A pandemic was going on, yes. However, I was doing what we agreed and you weren't. Disgusting. I look forward to what you owe me and my family. Went in for a car inspection and was seen right away. The inspector did a great job and even noticed my dirty air conditioner filter and changed it. Reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I have been here multiple times and have always had great service! Bart has always been great and have always done a great job, from my wife putting DEF in the fuel tank to regular oil changes. I have recommended them to some of our parents on baseball teams to people I meet. Highly recommend, thanks again guys

My wife took her car to get it serviced. What these geniuses did not know is that we had cameras in the engine and under the car. They sprayed some sort of chemical on the car battery. It caused it to increase corrosion. Then they sprayed some kind chemical on the belts from under the car. So eventually the belts would snap. If your a woman this is the result. Final bill was ridiculous for just going in for an oil chance. I ask myself, why risk losing your job or business?Regardless, it's to late for them. Now we will go after them to shut them down. Do not take your vehicle here. If you decide to ignore this and go there then simply watch what they do like a hawk.

The mechanic, Sam, took great care of me today. Initially greeted me as I pulled up to location and very attentively listened to my automobile repair needs. Also projected the ETA of service of completion and checked in with me throughout the process for any new updates. I also liked that Sam spoke in great details and educated me on things to look out for post automobile repairs to make sure everything is working like it should. I really am happy I brought my suv here, and I will continue to bring my vehicles here knowing you have mechanics like Sam on staff. Sam deserves a raise/bonus for all his all out efforts! I came in this past Friday to get my oil changed, and I was impressed by the fast service. What I didn't know was that the speed at which they got me in and out came at the expense of work quality. On my drive home a couple days later, my car stopped accelerating on the freeway, and slowed me to a stop. I immediately smelled a burning spell and saw smoke coming from under my hood. The next day i was able to get my car to the my mechanic, who informed me that there was oil leaking under my hood, causing it to burn whenever the engine heated up. Thank goodness he was able to clean up the oil, but I am left extremely disappointed by the work I received from Kwik Car. I was already a little bit irritated by having to pay an extra $5 for my synthetic oil change, when the Groupon I used was supposed to cover the entire cost of the service. Avoid this place, they get you in and out, but apparently don't pay enough attention to detail in the process.

In January I went to get an oil change from this location. The person assisting me had been the person doing the oil changes the last few times I went to the location. He never reported their being an issue with my car. I went today and the new shop manager stated that the last person to work on my car tightened the drain plug so much that it had been stripped. The manager proceeded to tell me she cannot work on my car because they cannot take liability for it. The manager stated that the District Manager decided they can’t do anything because the employee no longer works there. The Manager tried to make me feel better by saying that the former manager had done this not only to me but to other people! But nothing will be done. She started off the conversation by attempting to put the blame on someone else until her co-worker had to correct her and inform her that I had been there in January! I called the location to try and get the District Managers information but the shop Manager refused to give it to me. Stating that any complaints go through her and get passed on to the District Manager. She ended the call stating she was sorry and she provided me with options. The options were to go to another location and ask if it could be re-threaded OR go and try to find the person that did this to my car ad try to get them to fix it. This is something this location need to take responsibility for! I looked up and spoke to mechanics to check the prices to fix this issue. It would cost me over $300!!! For a mistake one of your employees made! All these people being told they have to go elsewhere to get this fixed because you don’t want to take responsibility! The person that needs to be speaking to me is the District Manager! So if anyone knows this information or knows who this person is please let me know. Because the new shop manager BJ doesn’t need to fix this issue the District Manager does. **Update 10/5: I received a comment from Kwik Kar about a week ago but I have yet to get a hold of anyone and no one has reached out to me directly** **Update 10/7: I still have received no updates and my car is still leaking oil due to a mistake your employee made. Still haven’t received any calls or updates.** Service: Oil change

This place is nice and the staff are friendly. I got hit really hard by Harvey but bounced back well. Coupons for synthetic oil. You find on Groupon. And they even sent two emails and giving you $10 off for oil changes when it's time. Nice little place!
