Worst experience at a 5 Guys I've ever had. Completely understaffed. $20 for a burger, fries and drink... You would think that the food and service would be too notch. It took a long time to get the burger. It fell apart at the first bite. The bun was not toasted as requested. Asked them to refill the ketchup dispenser but fries were cold by the the time they got around to it. Just a bad experience for this new location.

My husband and I put in an online pick up order for 3pm for our granddaughter to pick up for us. The order was pretty simple, two hamburgers, two fries, and a soda. Our granddaughter told us that when she got there at 3, there were about 3-4 people standing around chatting and didn't acknowledge her even though she was waiting at the counter. Then, when they did acknowledge her, she told them what order she was picking up and an employee told her it'd be a 5 min wait. She proceeded to wait over 20 minutes and when the order was handed to her, they didn't notice there was a drink on the order and she walked out without it. Now eating the order the fries taste stale. Very disappointing experience. We've ordered from here a few times and completely understand that many businesses are struggling with understaffing issues. But we know that this was not the case today. There were enough people standing around and this experience could've been made better.

Great burgers and fries. But don't order the large fries unless you're sharing, the portion is enough for 3 very hungry people. The small is probably just fine for 1 person. Again, great food, but pricey.

Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo. If you don’t want a bun, there’s a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right without tasting dry. The fries are hand cut. At the eatery, they tell you where the spuds are from in the US. It was worth the wait as the food came hot and fresh. There’s other choices such as dogs and sandwiches. If you enjoy milkshakes, this is the place. The place is located near Macy’s at Vancouver Mall. Don’t forget there’s free peanuts while you’re waiting.

If it is before closing time and the doors are open. No customer should be turned away or refused cook the burger. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will be calling tomorrow and talking to the manager Beth so I’m told that that’s her name. I too work in a restaurant In the same parking lot. My restaurant would never refuse a customer because it’s almost time to close. To be a teenager. If he would have looked up at me he would have noticed that I was there before his 1052

I love the endless ways you can decorate your burger. You are sure to get exactly what you like and the Fries are a beautiful thing. This was my Sweetie's choice for his Birthday dinner and he was absolute happiness with a Big burger, large fries and a vanilla shake.

If you don't know about 5 guys burgers you might have been living under a rock the past few years. The ham burgers at 5 Guys has never failed me, the portions are always big and you won't leave hungry. And then there's the fries, yo. Peanut oil fries are freaking great and they always make sure you get a little extra! The shakes are also good!

They should be called One Guys right now. The one person working there needs 5 stars as she was a rockstar. Between taking orders, cooking the all the food, she greeted everyone who walked in with a smile and a real apology for being the only one there. Then she gave us a pretty accurate wait time of when we could expect our food. But when you have to wait 15 min before even getting your order taken that’s when management need to be there helping out. Hiring is rough right now, so take a hit management, raise your wages as the demand requires it and bring service back to your business. I guarantee that this sole warrior will burn out before you make your millions off her work.

No Ice in the machines soda was flat I told an employee and he said ok. Lol the counter top were really messy its just a disgusting mess for a five guys restaurant. Need a lot of better employees for $16 an hours you folks don’t know how to work. Sad Because this is a newer five guys restaurant. I will not return. But I will give them my burger and fries were very delicious just very disgusting on the maintenance and Cleanliness inside the restaurant.

It was busy, but they forgot my order: a really easy medium side of cajun fries. I had to wait for about twenty minutes just for that. My order was #88 and they had served up to #96 before cooking my order. One of the employees was nice and apologized profusely after finding out that my order was forgotten. Once I got my food, it was blander than I've had at other Five Guys.
