Who ever owns the franchise to this McDonald’s needs to check up on there management. Kiosk is all broken, customer service to take ur orders takes forever to get to you, and drive through is always backed up. The Mexican lady can’t understand English enough to get my food order right. I asked for sausage biscuit egg n cheese they forget the egg, I order a sausage McGriddle and they for got the cheese twice now. I hate this McDonald’s better off going to gher street McDonald’s. They never mess up

We placed an online order and did a parking pickup. I made the mistake of checking everything but the contents of the happy meal. They gave us everything but the 6 piece chicken nuggets that should have been included. VERY unhappy.

Food was good went early morning about 6:30 6:45 a.m. it was a bit confusing because you know we're still early and we're told to go to the window several of us sat at the first window waiting for somebody to come and realize that we needed to go to the second so I would think it would be a big benefit if you're not going to be at the first window that you would put a sign in the first window saying pull up to the second window to pay like I said not a big deal but just maybe for us sitting at the first window not waiting it would be a benefit

I have had two amazing customer service experiences here. Tonight was with Jackson, he was so patient when I had an online order issue and very personable. Loved him. My other experience was quite a while ago but I was clearly having a bad day and the drive through cashier noticed and asked if I wanted to hear a joke which was surprising and actually cheered me up.

Very quick in the drive-thru, very polite and smiling every time I go there, which is often in a household of 3 teenagers and a Big Mac enthusiast. I'm glad it's MY closest McDonald's......NOW I have a couple of nephews and a couple of pals that work there, so needless to say I eat at McDonald's A LOT more!

They always forget something, today it was the regular fries I ordered. It's been sauces and other things before as well. I'm done with this location!

First time here since the remodel. Establishment is quite clean. I like that the bathrooms have a key code to keep riff raff out and help them stay cleaner. Noah is who brought us our order. He was very polite!

Last few times I have visited this location ordering was difficult and frustrating. Codes are a joke and unable to use rewards when using a different code at the same time. If I have earned the rewards I should be able to use anytime regardless of my order.

Okay this is gross I ordered McDonald’s not long ago from here and I drank some chocolate milk and it was spoiled so I recommend if you order or eat here make sure you smell your drinks and check the food
