Their burgers are tasty with a good choice of free toppings. I had the smallest burger with mushrooms, relish, onions, & mayo. If you don’t want a bun, there’s a choice to have it wrapped in lettuce or in a bowl. The burger was cooked just right without tasting dry. The fries are hand cut. At the eatery, they tell you where the spuds are from in the US. It was worth the wait as the food came hot and fresh. There’s other choices such as dogs and sandwiches. If you enjoy milkshakes, this is the place. The place is located near Macy’s at Vancouver Mall. Don’t forget there’s free peanuts while you’re waiting. ~Gutsylady

I have had two amazing customer service experiences here. Tonight was with Jackson, he was so patient when I had an online order issue and very personable. Loved him. My other experience was quite a while ago but I was clearly having a bad day and the drive through cashier noticed and asked if I wanted to hear a joke which was surprising and actually cheered me up. ~Skylie

Used to love this place. Quality and customer service has gone downhill, while prices keep going up. Person at the drive thru wasn't very friendly, two of the burgers had missing ingredients, and they didn't give us any napkins. For $30(including tip) this meal was a major letdown. ~The

I would say the pizza here is very good. the dough is thin and crunchy like a real Italian pizza. cooking on fire inside a large stove. cooking bistro. this pizzeria differs from others in that here you choose the ingredients yourself and as much as you want. I think any capricious (gourmet) person can choose a pizza according to his taste. the drinks are delicious and rare, the guys here are just lovely, cheerful and nimble, I was in the evening, but they behaved like it was morning and just started working, I especially liked the tall handsome guy, sorry I don’t know the name. healthy fellows. but there are also disadvantages, it is desirable to change the interior, chairs, tables, menus on the wall and of course the place where the finished products and where the pizza is prepared. I think if they do this, then there will be more buyers and more people who want to sit inside, especially since the pizzeria is in a good place. sorry so ~Ramaz
