Angelina was amazing with helping us trade up phones, watch, & getting us set up with first net. The AT&T customer service though when we had to call gave us the run around but Angelina handled it very well.

After reading the reviews I understand why they have less than 4 stars...Every time I call they send it right to voicemail, that's NOT how a company should treat it's customers. The least you could do is answer and place them on hold so that the customer knows you will be getting to them in a timely manner. I'm giving them one more chance before I post this. I've given you 7 chances to answer the phone.
