This location ROCKS! They have such caring individuals working for them that are patient and kind enough to understand your EVERY need. I had the pleasure of working with top-notch employee Chevonda and she is the very best!. She was able to offer me suggestions on how I could use additional resources to accomplish my task and told me that she would be patient enough for me to explore the resources on my phone before I left the store to ensure that all my needs were met. I am so happy that North County is blessed with employees like Chevonda!

By far the SLOWEST pharmacy I has ever been to in my life. 4 cars in line, I waited 45 mins! And this isn't the first time and not to mention the male employee at the window, rude! I'm switching back to Walgreens! I have never shopped at CVS in store, only for prescriptions. Passing up CVS for Walgreens here on out!

I’m so sorry about the experiences the other reviewers had! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences each time I’ve visited this store and I’ve been coming here for a number of years. All of the employees that I had interactions with were very helpful and pleasant. I even remarked to one employee about how efficient and friendly their employees are. I had planned to write a letter to the store commending their staff, but hadn’t got around to it. So, this is even better! I hope, going forward, the reviewers who had negative experiences will give them another chance.

I’m leaving this review for the employee Armani! She’s the best and gets 5 stars! Every time I come into CVS she greets me with a smile. She takes my packages for ups and never make me feel like I’m annoying her. She is the only employee that makes me feel like she loves her job and she loves helping the customers. The rest of the store and staff is horrible. Every time I come in the store the employees are in the back. I have to wait in the front for so long just for someone to help me. The employees all have bad attitudes and act like you’re bothering them just by coming in the store. I can’t understand how any of them get past the interview process.

called them 4 times and they told me my prescription wasn’t in there system. called them the 5th time only for him to tell me that he wrote it down but didn’t put it in the system yet. this is anxiety medicine he’s playing with!!!!!!

I use to get my RX refilled here all the time. Now I have to wait to get verification from my DR each time I try to get a refill. I can drive 15 min to St.Charles and get it refilled no issue/no verification needed. This place has gone downhill and good luck if you can get in and out in under 40 mins at this pharmacy. Also Pharmacist is not friendly.

Waited in drive through for 30 minutes to pick up prescription, only to be told that they are only doing covid testing and if I wanted my prescription I would have to go inside the store. There were no signage stating covid testing only the most unprofessional workers I ever dealt with. Please do not allow CVS New Florissant RD fill your prescriptions, take them to the one off Olive.

Better fill up on gas before getting in their drive through. You'll be waiting there forever. Probably because they never have your prescription prepared even when you get a message to pick it up.

July 20 2019 at 10.00 a.m. Son needs medicine that was a 7 day supply. Only gave me 14 pills the day before. Went to get the rest, the pharmacy assistant was completely rude. Telling me I was wrong. Had to drive all the was back home to get copy of prescription. For her to still tell me I was wrong. The pharmacist came and seen I was right. While she stood over there rolling her eyes.If u dont like ur job quit. Will never fill another prescription there. It was my first time. Just wanted to see if it was better. Worst experience ever.
