I enjoy the selection, once in the store. An awful lot of solicitation to the point of being scary on the parking lot. I once had someone follow me in with a choice and followed me around asking me to pay for groceries until I went to a Manager to help. At times it can appear a little messy but it's hard to keep up when you have customers pulling shelves apart and not taking the time to put back properly. It's not their fault but being a tad understaffed Cando that too. I continue to patronize however, not my first choice any longer.

Not a great experience this trip to this Walmart. I was looking for an item that was supposed to be in stock and could not find any help to locate the item. I then started looking for a different item other than the one that was originally looking for and a security person and an associate walked up on me and ask me to leave the aisle they were closing The Isle to clean it. I then told them I was looking for an item and I could not find anyone to help me I was then assisted by the Walmart associate who could not find the item also. It seemed I was only offered help so that they could get me out of their way to close the aisle of which seemed more important to them than actually helping someone.

Walmart automotive and Customer Service DON’T know how to pro rate a car battery. I had a Maxx EverStart H8 900 CCA acid flooded battery installed in one of my BMW cars exactly 4 years ago. The battery failed and since it was still under the 5 year warranty provided by Walmart, I returned it to the store in Raleigh North Carolina. A lady in the automotive department was struggling with the pro rate and sent me to the front of the store. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes at Customer Service and the rocket scientist behind the counter refunded me $194.03 on a battery I already paid for. Then she asked me to repurchase the my same paid for Platinum EverStart H7 AMG 850 CCA battery. My transaction totaled $195.15 this time. So, dragging two batteries across the store and waiting in line cost me $1.12. She then told me she couldn’t pro rate a battery. When I asked if ANYONE in the store could pro rate my dead battery, she told me NO. I returned to the automotive department and for the second time explained how pro rating is done. I’m sure Walmart sells thousands of batteries. I have owned an automobile repair shop before and I carried the Interstate line of replacement batteries. It’s just simple math. My original battery failed after 4 years and had a 5 year warranty. That’s about as easy as it gets. 20% is what I should receive as credit towards the new battery. Finally after a few tries the lady in automotive figured out the process. Now, Walmart won’t get another battery sale from me. The exact battery I had to replace was a 3 year free replacement and year 4 and 5 were pro rated. Now that H8 battery has a 3 year free replacement and that’s the END of the warranty. That’s 2 hours of my life that I’ll never get back. I didn’t even get the yellow smiley face sticker.

I ordered for pickup on 06/22/22 between 5 and 6 PM and arrived around 5:05 PM. I waited for about 65 minutes after checking in to get my things. Yes it was busy but you could barely see employees outside where about continuously 10-12 cars were waiting. If you saw them they were walking and loading over the average slow. I tried to call the pickup guys and the store customer service through their local number three times within my pickup window to inform them about this situation. No one answered the phone. Lastly almost a substitution was made for seasoned french fries with non-seasoned crinkle fries. Thankfully I realized that prior to pickup and cancelled the substitution. Overall this was a very bad customer experience.

National chain of department stores. Picked up a few items for camping and purchased my wife a waterproof case for her cellphone. Well stocked items located within the store. Usually the lowest price on items.

It's Ok... disorganized... Make-up selection sucks. It might be better if it wasn't so disorganized. But I like to check my make-up before I buy. So maybe Walmart isn't the place for me. Unfortunately, these Walmart customers don't care... most of the seals were broken.

Great! Location and good selection of products. Seemed very well stocked and clean, plenty of staff around to answer questions and help find stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is lack of cashiers, they're always seems to be very long lines. I think you should re-task some of your employees. Otherwise I would give it a five star!

I went to get some lights for my closet. I needed some help and everybody acted like they were to busy. One lady told me, they weren’t allowed to touch anything because they were doing inventory that day.I left and went to Home Depot and the customer service was amazing there from the minute I walked thru the door.

As typical grossly understaffed so wait in line was about 30 min. Only 2 registers and self checkout. However the selection of Easter egg hunt and craft supplies was really good. They have packs of jelly bean filled eggs with one golden egg for prize, as well as various qty packs of empty eggs.

My younger brother was literally just trying to find some jeans that best fit him so I would understand him constantly entering a dressing room could raise suspicions but to OUTWARDLY make a comment regarding the pricing to my brother all while my dad stands by? They don't know much English and my blood boils to think of there being an ulterior motive behind those words made from an older woman with white hair, I didn't catch her name even as I confronted her about said incident but what makes it worse was that she DENIED EVERYTHING! WHAT THE HELL?!
