Terrible service! No email was ever sent with installers photo/info like they claim in the recording. I have a Gorilla Glass windshield that I paid a lot of money for, and expect the same type of glass. I’ve called 3 times and it’s still not worked out and today is my appointment. I’ve been on hold for nearly 15 minutes only to be told the windshield wasn’t approved and I have to reschedule! Waste of time! Very unprofessional!

Had two cracks in our windshield and after doing some research we decided to go with Safelite AutoGlass. Using their website to get a quote and to schedule an appointment was a breeze. On the day of our appointment, which they were doing the job at our house, I received texts stating Kevin was our technician. Kevin was polite, professional, and engaging. Our appointment was scheduled in the 12p-5p time frame and they must have read my mind, as I was hoping the would arrive for the job earlier and was happy to receive a call around 10:15 asking if he could arrive earlier . I said yes and he was here around 25 minutes later. I noticed Kevin takes great pride in his work and did a fantastic job in a prompt and professional manner. Thanks, Kevin!! I’ve never had to replace glass in my life, I was super nervous with how the calibration was going to work (or not). Dropped off early, the service was completed within a day and I’m not sure if it was Safelite or Geico (my auto insurance company) or both that helped me get the OEM glass for my Acura but THANK YOU! So happy! All is good so far :-) I hope I never have to see you guys again lol

The staff at the American Pacific location was excellent! They noticed right a way I had a missing part/trim and were so helpful in allowing me to order the part and have it installed with the windshield replacement. They replaced my windshield. Wife drove car home. Next day I discovered the lane warning was turned off and I couldn't turn it on. Tried to call. THEIR PHONE TREE WOULD NOT CONNECT, ONLY 20 QUESTIONS THEN HANG UP! Called the number that sent me texts. It was the tech the did the repair. He said come in first thing, but couldn't look at it until after 11 after all the appointments, because I was a walk in.

I purchased my brand new jeep 10/06 and my windshield was damaged by a flying rock while on the freeway. I was furious to say the least. I called my insurance co and was transferred to satellite. They offered to come to my job via mobile service however I opt to come to this Stephanie location the following day. I was in/out in less than 30 minutes. I was greeted by a friendly staff, while I waited I enjoyed some coffee made from the Keurig. When my car was done I was given an inspection of my vehicle which I barely knew where the crack was. Given a pamphlet on my lifetime warranty. They vacuumed my vehicle and cleaned all my windows, I was also sent off with a can of interior cleaner😊 I couldn't have asked for anything more. Cost was included with my insurance. I left with a smile.😊
