We bought a sectional here after looking around Vegas for a couple weeks. Everything seemed fine but one piece broke after 4 months of use, and recliners also are wearing down at an alarming rate and clunk now. Store manager initially said it would be in warranty, but then got a call back a few hours later saying it wasn't and they would reach out to the manufacturer. Didn't hear anything for a week and had to call in, said they had been trying to contact a different number then was on our original invoice and that the manufacturer said it would be 280 to replace but they have a guy that will repair for 200. We got it repaired and requested documents via email for the manufacturer, no response from email. After repair asked for documents again and they said they never actually reached out to the manufacturer, of course. That's what we get for being impatient in the short run. Would recommend just taking your business elsewhere.

This was our first time here and it was great! Beth really took the time to help us find the dining table we wanted at the price point we needed. Not to mention it was beautiful 😍 We got it in a week. Delivered and assembled no problem! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience during our purchase of 2 recliners. But were totally impressed with their service when one of our chair backs stopped reclining. The chair back was taken yesterday afternoon for repair and was back this afternoon good as new!!! Many thanks for above and beyond customer service!!! Ivan, Toni and John all made everything right as quickly as possible. We so appreciate that they stood by their merchandise! Will definitely shop here again.

We were looking for a pair of love seats and had visited every furniture store in the area when were about to give up when we stumbled on this place. We were WOW'd with the variety and selection but were floored by the pricing. Not only did they give is a great deal on a pair of love seats but they also gave us free delivery and a veteran's discount. That was over six months ago and the quality show in how well the two pieces have held up. Going forward this will be our first stop if we need furniture and all other places will need to meet their standards before we would consider anything else. Great job guys!!!

We went to this place in 2017. Every other place had to order furniture but we had just moved into a place with a small child and needed to furnish it ASAP. They where honestly amazing. We have had another baby since then. Although my toddlers have completely destroyed some of the furniture 🤦🏼♀️ We furnished our entire apartment for $1200 at this place and they delivered it literally an hour after ordering it. I will forever be grateful for this place. We will definitely be going back when we move because the customer service, delivery guys and prices where unbeatable. The delivery guys where amazing we literally didn’t have to lift a finger. Our home was ready to use when they left. Thank you guys so much. ❤️

LV Sofa Factory is a hidden gem! I was very fortunate to be referred by a friend who previously purchased a sectional sofa from here. I ended up purchasing a sectional sofa as well, and it is absolutely gorgeous! It is two-tone dark rich brown with a velvety soft microfiber and leather trim. This store is the ONLY ONE in town who can fully customize a couch. I went to RC Willey and La-Z-Boy who confirmed this as well. I ordered a 3 piece sectional with 4 electric reclining seats and 2 consoles, which both include 2 USB ports and 2 charge outlets. The reclining switch on both arms of the couch also includes a USB port. I even got to choose the stitching design style, and the pillow arms vs arms with additional cup holders. You truly get to customize exactly what you want. Other furniture stores quoted me over twice as much, and didn't offer any customization except for the size, and adding consoles which didn't include the USB ports or charge outlets. And the material was poor quality and cheap. This is the most beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable couch I have ever owned. Thank you LV Sofa Factory!
