The assistant manager in here was trying to be helpful even after the manager interrupted with his negative attitude. It's sad what has happened to customer service, especially in these smaller towns. The manager should be fired for the way he interacts with customers and the assistant manager should be promoted.

I generally don't like going to auto parts stores but on a few occasions now I have felt like the people here have gone much further than they needed, to help me out. It could've been as simple as them saying sorry, we can't find it, and moving on to the next customer. But they are persistent here and will hunt down an item or warranty for you, if I could rate higher than 5 * I would.

Best part store ever. Always helpful. Friendly and make sure they have what you need or they will get it for you. I have never had to wait more than A day for car part. They have even walked out to my car to make sure it's what I needed. I always use greenwood O'Riley!!!!
