Excellent staff service. Took my Mom. Great quality orthopedic shoes that are very attractive. Great location and easy access with plenty of parking.

Very disappointing brought my mom to buy some shoes and the gentle man told us that they close at 6pm and to please hurry up. My mother was so offended we had to leave. Will never visit this store again

I have extremely poor feet. One was operated on for bunions, and the other one still has terrible bunions. Almost no shoe works for me. I went into SAS and they were very helpful fitting me for a shoe. I don't yet know how that shoe is going to work, I'm not going to get them until next week. But I'll be sure to update this review.

Manager’s costumer service and return policy is terrible. Don’t but here!! As much I it hurts me saying this, DONT buy in this store, do yourself a favor and buy online or at a different retailer. I just went to buy sandals last Sunday and received excellent service, I was doubting between 2 models and decided on one, but then I went home and tried them for 20 minutes, but realized that they don’t fit me well, put them in the box and came back to the store to exchange them for the other model ( a little more expensive ) but the manager just barked at me that sales are final because this model was discounted ( I had never been told this when I purchased initially) and just told me he was sorry that The shoes didn’t fit me well but that I was going to have to keep them....

They got mom measured for a pair of shoe in and out in 15 min. Great job. Mom is standing straighter and walking much easier with her new shoes. Thank you for making Mama happy.😊

I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience at the Torrance CA location on 9/22/17. I found the SAS Ambassador dress shoes to very comfortable and exactly the style I needed. HOWEVER, the only pair in the store in my size (9W) were quite battered -- either previously returned or very shop-worn. The manager agreed that they were not the appropriate condition for brand new $235 shoes. She told me that I would have to pre-purchase the shoes in order to stock my size. In what universe is a customer responsible for stocking the inventory on their own credit? I was told it was SAS policy. Those battered shoes went back on the shelf. This brand is pretty much dead to me. I will never go back to the store. I really had high hopes for a family owned business with USA made products.

I have never been to this location, but I came from Texas hoping i would find an SAS here in The Los Angeles area. I just wanted to say that These are the best thing you could do for your feet. If you’re Walking or Standing on a job. They are amazing. My mother now deceased (92) wore these shoes for years. I never understandstood why until my arch started falling and I could barely walk. These shoes corrected my problem with out the care of a doctor. I weighed 362lbs and my feet had never hurt me in life. If your looking for comfort Go With SAS SHOES.

Love the free time shoes for work, but the torrance store NEVER has the size,color I need. There supplies are Always short! Now I'm told, that shoe is very popular, so why not carry a wide supply of that shoe. One shouldn't have to wait weeks for pair of shoes they need.
