Easy on line returns. I was there 12/10/21 at opening time and it was great. Not allot of customers yet. I would say the selection is better on line but the store had shoes that I hadn't seen on line. The cashier was very helpful, resourceful and polite. I will go back to store. The only thing i forgot to ask was that no one answered phone when I called. But this is not a complaint.

I have no idea what the managers name is at this location, BUT, SHES HORRIBLE. These people are not helpful at alllllll! I placed an order and needed someone else to pick up my item , my goodness its not like they are asking to withdraw money from my bank account, its just shoes. I try to ask her to wait 1 day as I live an hour and a half from them and she would not even think about it!! Rude,no customer service skills what's so ever. Worse experience ever at one of these locations!!!!!!

We went shoe shopping for back to school picked out shoes. The shoes my daughter picked out wear the display she didn’t want to take display ones so manager suggested we have them shipped , we would received them 3-5 business days. Payed for them chose to have a email receipt. Tomorrow my daughter goes back to school I never received the shoes and I payed cash and never received the email receipt . Know they have no record of my receipt or my purchased or for any shoes being shipped. Very bad experience.

They have a great selection and a huge variety of shoes. When you join their e-mail list, you get coupons! I truly enjoy shopping at this store.

It was a very quick visit. They had only casual styles which weren't that inexpensive. All I want to say it wasn't my cup of tea. And if I'd need a pair of shoes for a special occasion I would go somewhere else.

Came in for socks and they got BOGO 1/2 off deal. Sweet. Here's where the 2 stars are coming from: Waited in line for a good 20 mins because there was only one person working in the whole store on a Saturday. Customer in front of us took awhile to get some membership/rewards issue taken care of. The assistant manager that was working the register never acknowledged us. Never apologized for the wait or thanked us for waiting. He could've easily taken our purchase while the other customer look for her membership email/ID/phone number/etc (she never found it, btw) Acknowledgement is such a simple thing but translate big time when it comes to customer service.

The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you are looking for. They are knowledgeable. The manager makes your visit a fun and unique one. I will definitely make Famous Footwear my shoe shopping destination.
