No one on the service floor as we are trying yo buy a mattress. We tried out every bed and spent over an hour crunching numbers and trying out beds not one person said hello to us. Loss on them we ended up dropping 3k+ at a competition store.

The store is fine, but a bit trashed and disorganized. Also, the employee working the exchanges and online orders was over the top and rude. I’ve dealt with other employees in the exchange and orders who were fast and courteous.

If I have a enjoyable experience in a place I won't ever write a negative comment about a place. Overall JC Penny is a very nice place to shop. There employee's seemed to have been trained in courtesy which makes your shopping experience more enjoyable. It had been a while from shopping in person. The online experience is a great one also if you order clothes you can expect them to fit. Not like some websites who will send you something that takes forever and it's the wrong size. Also they have coupons and sales all the time.

They don't offer anything exciting by way of fashion but their staple items (tees, jeans, Chuck Taylors, etc.) are priced well and there's always a sale or coupon. I only buy undies from them because they have a great variety and they hold up well after many washes.
