I want to love the Kitty Klinic so badly. I take 2 of my cats here and I started because of the amazing reviews and better prices but they aren't terribly helpful. The staff is amazingly nice, doctor too, but their services are so limited. If all you're needing is a spay/nueter or yearly vaccines then this is the way to go but if you're looking for complete vet care for your kitty then look elsewhere.

Do not board your animals here. They will not feed them, send you updates or follow your instructions. I could write a book about how bad my experience was, but it’s exhausting and triggering going over details. Aside from not feeding my animals, I brought both in their own carrier. Both of my cats were shoved into one upon pick up. Imagine how difficult and stressful that might be for two cats to be crammed into one carrier. I got my other carrier back by the way, nice try.

Our local (Belfair, WA) vet has continually increased prices ever since covid began. We looked around for cheaper places and found Kitty Klinic in Lacey, WA, an hour drive from our home. It's been totally worth it! They also have Kitty Komfort for overnight stays & boarding. Again, totally worth it!!

Very polite and courteous. Able to quote a price for a spay over the phone quickly (others we called couldnt). When we had our male cat neutered, they sent him home with a little mouse toy. He still snuggles with it years later.

Dr Lindley is great with my birds. Unfortunately the wait for an appointment has gotten long. Birds with emergent issues can't wait 1 week for treatment. But for most care, they're great.

Terrible service. They don’t let anyone inside, meaning you won’t be able to stay with your pet or even speak directly with the vet. They ask for your phone number at least three times (despite having already called me before), but never bothered to call me when the appointment was finished. Who knows how long my pet was waiting before I happened to ask. The receptionist offered to have the vet call me so I could discuss the details of the checkup, but I have yet to hear back. Since I recently adopted my pet from a previous owner who used Kitty Klinic, I asked them to send me a copy of my pet’s medical records. They assured me they had already sent them as I was leaving, but they were never sent.

I needed to have my beloved cat euthanized and Kitty Clinic vet welcomed me and my Baby. She comforted me and Baby through the whole process, was very sweet and kind. Such a difficult moment helped with kindness and compassion. Thank You Kitty Klinic.

Employees here don’t care about customers in the slightest. My girlfriend and I called and made a reservation for our rabbit for four nights. It took forever to get ahold of someone to even get the reservation placed. We finally got the reservation and all details were provided over the phone. We then arrived on drop off day and the employees stated they had no reservation and just said “you can’t board your rabbit here”. They did not care about anything we had to say. We had a trip planned out of the country and it was completely ruined. The employee at the front window and doctor were very adamant that there was no way they would take our rabbit that we had a reservation for. We showed them the lengthy call log between us and the business but they couldn’t care less. I would advise using another service.

Huge shoutout to Kitty Klinic! I was desperate for a Vet for my Leopard Gecko and I was calling all over the state trying to find someone to take him. He’s a rescue and he means the world to me- he’s never had any issues so this issue was out of the ordinary and needed attention. I was recommended to this klinic and I’m so glad I was! They were able to squeeze me in the same day! I live an 1 1/2 away so he stayed over night and I got the answers I needed and he already is starting to clear up and I have peace of mind. Not expensive and kind thoughtful employees! Thank you kitty klinic! ❤️
