I was looking for some items that were hard to fine. I was referred to Rexel, I gave them a call spoke to Sherwood who was very polite he and they had two of the items. Seeing as though I hadn't been there before he gave me landmarks to look for. Once there he was just as pleasant and polite in person as on the phone. The store was very neat and clean. Thank you again Sherwood for everything. Also thank you Al at the Parkville Home Depot for telling me about Rexel.

As an electrical contractor, I have been going to the Rexel in Timonium for electrical materials and tools since I opened my company 12 years ago. While there are two other electrical supply houses nearby that I shop at occasionally, I have continued to use Timonium Rexel for 99% of my purchases. The service and communication that Charles and Ed deliver are excellent! Whether my orders were large or small, with an urgent deadline or a “whenever” schedule, if an ordered item was delayed, I always received a phone call to keep me informed of the expected delivery date. The manager, Charles, has thorough knowledge not just of items in his store, but also an in-depth understanding of the electrical contracting, service and construction business. Ed works hard to make sure that orders are properly and promptly filled and has a solid knowledge of products in stock. Ed has also always been willing to track down unusual items that Rexel doesn’t stock. Charles and Ed have found solutions to some unusual problems that I’ve had while working in 125-year-old houses. Whenever I had a problem with a purchased item, they have always been very responsive and willing to help resolve issues with manufacturer’s defects. 10/10 – I’d recommend this store to any contractor!

I purchased over $18,000.00 of led lay in 2'x 4' lights from this branch. It was around 10-12-16. The lights are starting to have a strobing effect. I called the manager Charles Schneider. Charles so far has done nothing but dodged my emails after promising me they would be taken care of. So stay away from this branch and any Rexel supply house. One pissed off GC.
