Liars. Worst Bank I have ever known. Manager is incompetent and a liar. Caught red-handed in a mistake which resulted in Fraud - Promised that "everything would be fine. The teller made an error in bad advice". Then washed her hands, wouldn't even take phone calls. Well....it's Lawyer time. Wrong tail got grabbed on this one. Sad day when your Bank of 30+ years turns their back, Lies and basically says umm was our mistake - now its your problem. This is reality today folks, Relationships and loyalty? Distant memory.

used to be open until 6 one day a week. when you work a normal 9 to 5 job you about have to call off work to go to the bank. how am I supposed to get there, stay open later or open sooner. been trying to make it there for 2 weeks but the lousy hours make it impossible.

Called to make an appointment to come in and get an account with them. They were able to get me in right away. Once I got there Chris was very helpful and explained all the options they offered. He was very professional and nice.

Horrible customer service.I moved close to them recently and twice I was in a rush to get change and they would not because I was not a customer.They're not going to get new customers that way.
