Cutie, A Japanese Concept Store in Phoenix is a hidden gem for sure! A fantastic place for unique, cute, and useful items for everyday life to give as gifts or to keep for yourself. (They have so much variety, it's incredible!) With everything priced at $1.75, other than food, it's quite possible to take home many great finds. The small store is well stocked and organized. The staff looked busy stocking and were friendly enough. The parking lot seems narrow but there were plenty of spaces while I was there on a Friday afternoon. Expect to wear a mask if you want to shop there and there are no restrooms available for customers. These things are not deal-breakers for me and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Cutie. Looking forward to visiting the Mesa location!

I am from out of state and visit this store whenever I am in town. Lots of cute items and was thrilled to find a Naruto snack box! My daughter's birthday is coming up and she is going to be thrilled with that.

Make sure you have your ID if you're going to be paying with a bank card and have a dang face mask with you when you go inside 9-14-2022 I seen others who just went in without a mask 😷 not sure if they dropped their mask policy but I'm all for it

Amazing customer service everytime! This store really is a treasure, I highly recommend shopping here. Great quility for the price! Make sure to bring a mask, they are still inforcing due to the size of the store.

Great place! it’s like a Japanese dollar store. Be respectful and bring a mask, I’d also like to add that cash is preferable.

They have both fun and practical merchandise. Lots of good snacks and collectible canned drinks and candy tins. The checkout clerk was very nice and packed everything in a box since we bought many canned drinks, without us having to specifically ask for one

I hope that the lady who is recist and hysteric is no longer working there. she is a lady like china. She last year descriminate my child with autism. and she screamed in our faces, she thinks that all the customers are going to rob the store. The good thing is that the police helped me in this case.

I liked the store but its on the smaller side. I didn't like the parking lot at all. It was really hard to get in and out of. A few of my Disney finds

This store is essentially a dollar store, though with the not unusual caveat that some things cost a tad bit more than a dollar. The place has a nice selection of Japanese goods, including some things that aren't easily found in the United States, at least not without buying online at inflated prices. Considering that the prices here are close to the prices these things would cost in Japan, this place is a great value and highly recommended if you want Japanese things like bento boxes, curry or Ramune melon soda. Just mind the parking lot, it's not particularly big and the entrance is easily overlooked if you're not attentive.
