Skip going here on a Sunday!! The place is a mess, the manager has a terrible attitude and they overcharge you. I bought some very pretty sweet baskets that had a HUGE label on them stating the price was$8. They charged me$8.59. The managers response? Well you don't have to buy them and she walked away!!! How this woman still works there is a mystery to me 😂

This family dollar has become one of my favorites. Around 25th Ave and Van Buren. It's always stocked and clean. And today Veronica who was the cashier, went above and beyond to help my friend Ronnie and I. It was a pleasure, Veronicas customer service was on point. I'll be back. Kudos to Veronica.

How is that the store closes at 9pm when the doors are close and the manager or whom ever is in charge is kicking and locking doors at 8:30pm?!?!? There are still people driving up and wanting to go in..... like it’s not Walmart, people aren’t gonna go and spend 30 min looking around, usually people go to the family store for a last min item so it’s an in and out situation!!!!!! I just don’t see why they are closing the doors and kicking everyone out by 830!!!!! I rather spend my money and my time at another store, even if I have to drive a little more to get to it!!!!!

First time in this store..great prices but seriously I was in this place like 20 minutes almost done shopping when the manager decides she wants me to leave my son's diaper bag behind their counter. Meanwhile my bag is unattended in a terrible neighborhood. The lady in front of me was already in front of me discussing her bags being taken, yet they want me to leave my diaper bag. Ridiculous I'll go to my Dollar Tree and 99 screw this place. If your gonna take someone's bag do it upon entry not when I'm nearly done with my shopping trip.

I arrived at approximately 9:53 to pick up a couple of quick items, but the doors were already locked. The store is supposed to close at 10. This is just pure laziness on the part of the employees. And on top of it they gave me serious attitude through the window as i informed them it was not 10 PM yet. I get that it's family dollar. But come on, the very least the can do is their job which is to not lock the door until 10 pm.
