Their banking app is unavailable or down for maintenance more than it is operational. They charge excessive fees for having an account and they M&T was found guilty in a class action suit a few years ago. Go elsewhere to a bank who appreciates its customers. ~Ron

Liars. Worst Bank I have ever known. Manager is incompetent and a liar. Caught red-handed in a mistake which resulted in Fraud - Promised that "everything would be fine. The teller made an error in bad advice". Then washed her hands, wouldn't even take phone calls. Well....it's Lawyer time. Wrong tail got grabbed on this one. Sad day when your Bank of 30+ years turns their back, Lies and basically says umm was our mistake - now its your problem. This is reality today folks, Relationships and loyalty?
