We had a little trouble with the mobile site, but aside from that very minor annoyance the process of renting and returning the van went quite quickly and easily. You do have to locate the truck or van and click that you found it before it gives you the keys, we had a bit of confusion over that, but you get the keys after locating the vehicle. Customer service support staff was also very friendly and helpful, and we were able to get a much needed few hour extension (we hadn't slept in nearly 30 hours at that point). Would absolutely use this service again.

Employees are very disrespectful. Talk to you hateful. We dropped the truck off with more gas than when we rented it and were still charged for gas. Wouldn't buy or rent anything from this business. Don't go with you and show you anything about the truck just give you the keys and tell you where it's parked. We definitely won't be renting from them ever again. If I could've gave a 1/2 a star it wouldn't be my rating. Very bad experience.

Just spoke with Lashika who is a Representative for U-haul, called to check on some charges without any attitude. Just wanted to verify a few things, that would only change my bill by 20$ (not a big deal) I was charged for 48 moving pads. But was only given 30. I really just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be charged for possibly for missing pads I did not get. I was greeted immediately with huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing her life. I was then told the 48 pads were there and that the charges will remain, counted these pads 3 or 4 times to make sure. Either way, I could care less about the 20$ its the terrible customer service that is the problem. Will never rent from here again.

We have been doing business with Monarch for years without a problem until now. We rented a UHaul for a day. The gas tank was not full when we picked it up but we were told we had to fill it upon return (or be charged $5.xx for every gallon) and that we would be reimbursed for the overage. We did that but Monarch refused to reimburse us. The person I spoke with on the phone was excessively rude, called me "Sweetheart" and hung up on me after I insisted on a reimbursement as promised. Never again.

I should always read the reviews before spending money. That’s my fault. I got a U-Haul for 100 dollars which is business. However I got it reserved Saturday to Sunday 11am-11am. But now they’re charging a 20 dollar fee because they’re closed Sunday and I can’t turn it in. Fees are a part of life but it would of been nice to know ahead of time :(

We would give 0 stars if we could. Such a terrible experience. Staff treated us with no respect at all whatsoever. They didn’t care about our issue and we had to call 4 different times and each time had been an absolute mess. We were blamed for their mistake and they took no accountability.

The worse experience ever in every way. I returned the uhal with more gas but what they still charge me for it. I did everything online and when i went they didn't have anything ready and they took forever. Finally no one wears a mask like the carona is not existed. After all I regret getting a uhal from their and it will be the last time. If anything there is the other uhal in west market and its few min away. Maybe they will be more responsible

The staff were fast, friendly and efficient. We had an emergency need to rent a Cargo Van and they had us in the Van in less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend this location.

It’s up to you to make your own decisions about places you do business with but my personal experience was terrible. Their “internet is always down” so they’ll make a copy of your credit card then run it after. They said they would give us a receipt but never did. Then when I checked my bank account, I realized that they had overcharged us. When we went back up there to tell them about it, their internet was down again. Okay.... then the guy said the extra $17 taken from my account was a security deposit. Cool but no one said anything about that and why would I be charged a security deposit AFTER turning the truck back in? I don’t trust this place. Not only that, we paid for a 20 foot truck only to be given a 15 foot. Like I said, you can make your own decision, but as for me, I will NEVER get another truck from this place again.

The staff was surprisingly friendly and I got my uhaul without a hitch. As far as the pricing was concerned, my final price did seem a bit pricey, but I was in a hurry and couldn’t be too concerned with it. This location did what it needed to do for me: get me a truck so that I could move my things.
