This clinic is AMAZING. Affordable yet they do not skimp on care. My dog loves everyone at the office. We need more vets around like this. I commute from Smokey Point all the way to this location because I love the service so much. Updated Oct 13th 2022: I went to take my dog there who is an established patient. Informed the front desk lady that I could put some money down and then make payments. She told me "We haven't done that in 5 years" That's interesting because I just did it less than 3 years ago. My dog broke her leg and I paid up front for the surgery then made payments on her follow up appointments. So, how is it 5 years when she broke her leg 2 years ago? She also stated they allow payments in emergencies which again, is opposite of what I was told. I had to pay the entire amount when my other dog had broken her leg. I don't think I'll be coming back here since front desk lady doesn't seem to know what she's talking about.

*Empathy = 0 *Listening = 0 *Compassion for pet & parent = 0 *$ = $$$$$. Reason being.. the last few experiences I have had with this office has not been pleasant. Calling my "IT " For starters Which did not go over well with me and I think the people waiting in the office at the time. When I was handing his body over for cremation as I did with my last Pet, She said, "I will take it now". I had also asked for the pillow and the blanket to be returned to me when I get my pet back as we did with his brother... When I had got my pet back and got home, I realized the pillow and blanket were not with My beloved pet. I would wash it and this way I would have something to hold on to when I missed my boys. No such thing happened, she did not listen to me and had burnt the pillow & the blanket with my pet. Granted it.. they are all together now. The point is, they did not listen to me and has taking something I will never be able to get back. The compassion the empathy and the seriousness of something so small that meant so much.. It just makes me mad & sad sometimes.. My suggestion is listen to, listen to the parents of your patience !!

TL;DR This place is sketchy, don't bother. I have never seen so many bought out reviews. I came here for a free checkup that was provided when I adopted my two babies. There was no real waiting room, or furniture, we just stood there holding our cats in carriers. They took us into a room, then took our boys away (who are a bonded pair and are almost never apart because they get anxious) 1 at a time without us to check on them. They made up an ear infection for the both of them, and told us the kitten had a respiratory infection, gave us medication and charged us for them (when we had only come in for a free checkup). When we gave our boys the medicine, they started scratching their ears to the point of bleeding and scabbing, so we took them to Mukilteo Veterinary Hospital on the Mukilteo Speedway, and they said our boys were perfectly healthy and happy!

The staff are great, affordable price and fast service. They have separate rooms so my cat Luna wasn't scary with dogs around. Really recommend.

I recently moved back to the area and was so happy to know this clinic is still open! I, along with my family, have brought our pets here for many, many years. They recently showed me compassion and kindness that went above and beyond just taking special care of my loved dog. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and patience they showed me during this time while my sweet Chloe had to have surgery.

My experience with SnoKing vet is bitter sweet. I've been with them for a few years and Dr. Mark cares about not only his patient's but their family's feelings as well. Our big ol baby boy Rocco actually loved going to see Dr. Mark and his fantastic staff. After being delayed of valuable days by "Dia%@&#" veterinary, we lost our Rocco, but SnoKing gave us hope and was ready for the next treatment at a moments notice. The other vet delaying early treatment just made it all to hard.

Everybody here is just so beyond incredible and helpful. They treated both me and my puppy Koda so kindly and were very quick about addressing our concerns and making time for us. If you are looking for a new vet or just got a pet I would definitely recommend going here! They are amazing! ❤️😁🐻

They took me at my lowest. Myself and and dog are homeless. My dog has a very bad absets and needed surgery asap. I called on 6/18 and they took us in for an appointment Monday. The surgery was successful and go back for a check up tomorrow. They also did a blood sample found POLO has kidney disease.. They save my boys life. He means the world to me. They even allowed me to set up a payment plan to pay off the bill and reasonable. More places like this are needed for those who are not in a situation to pay $200.00+. We are homeless and fell on hard times. I was hurt on my job back in 2017 and I&i ran out, I was shot and had to have 4 blood transfusions march 2020, I have depression,PTSD and im bipolar. He keeps me grounded. I say thank you for saving POLO's life but you also saved my life... Thank you all...💛💙💜💚❤
