Went here for Halloween to get the cute Halloween pail. Didn't find out until after I paid that they ran out of them. If you run out of something that people are most likely lining up to get you need to let them know before they buy it. Do better, McDonalds. Thanks for wasting my money.

I Came through the drive through on the way home, which was a wait, place my order and was told told to pull to the side and wait for one one the items we ordered. We pull to the side and wait five minutes for them to bring our food out. We got home, the item that we were told to wait for wasn’t even in the bag! I called the store to try and resolve the issue but the woman who answered did nothing to help and rushed me off the phone and told me to come back to the store. I then tried to call again to see if there was another option, but they didn’t answer. Not satisfied at all!

Checked in for curbside in spot 5 at 6:53 pm. App said 2-5 minutes for the food to come out. Only ordered a large sprite, large fry, and some ketchup. About 20 minutes go by and I decided to call the store. I understand they were busy, but by this point it had been way too long. No one answered when I called the store so I gave it a few more minutes. After another 10 minutes I decided to just join the drive thru line. Employee at the first window told me to go to the second window for my mobile order. By the time I arrived at the second window it was already 7:30. Employee asked me if I had a happy meal, I responded by saying I had a mobile order I had been waiting for over 30 minutes for in the curbside spot. He asked me for my code and I told him I did not have one because I checked in curbside in spot 5. He said that he needed the code and I showed him my receipt and told him that was all I had. He proceeded to angrily argue with me. I am not a confrontational person so I started crying as he rudely told me he didnt have it without looking. Employee behind him told him that it was right here and he gave me the order and the second gentleman told me to have a good night as I was in tears. First employee was extremely rude and handled the situation horribly. I will NEVER be returning to this location and will make sure all of my friends and family know about this situation as well because this was unacceptable. The situation ended poorly and there is nothing that can fix that, but hopefully this information can help to have a better understanding of what kind of training the employees need to go through so when the situations arises again, it can be handled properly.

Last time I get food at this location. They can’t even be bothered to say hello. I pull up to the order screen. They ask me if I’m using my mobile app, I say no and then silence until I say “hello?” And then they ask if I ordered. No because I’m waiting for you to ask to take my order. I finally order then. The woman that handed me my order didn’t smile, thank me or even make eye contact with me. Is this how you treat customers. You’ll get no more of my money

Got bacon mcdouble and spicy mc chicken. 7:30 pm, 9/28/22. Never tasted this horrible burgers. Mc chicken was so dry. It tasted like there was mold on meat or meat was spoiled. Puked half hour later, couple times to feel better because I was feeling nauseous. Don't recommend this location.

I know it gets busy at the lunch rush. I understand and am very patient. Employees, please remember that more product pushed out the door is not good a good job if the quality suffers. Does this look appetizing to you?

My order was missing the nuggets when I got home. I returned and they gave it to me, but without an apology 😊 I guess what I'm saying is double-check your order before leaving this location, especially for big orders.

This McDonald’s is horrible and will always get your order wrong. They’re full of excuses instead of improving their service. I don’t go there often because of this but every time I’ve gone, they get my order wrong even though my order was correct on the screen. I’ve never taken the time to write a bad review but I feel that they definitely deserve it because they can’t even get a simple order like chicken McNuggets w/hot mustard correct. Do not waste your time or money at this location…this is the last time I will ever go there and I would give them zero stars if I could.

The cashier was not friendly in the least. She also spoke too softly to hear and glared at us the entire time. Not sure if she just has rbf or if she was legitimately glaring. Either way, she was very short with us. If you're going to work customer service at least be civil. She also waited until after I ordered a soda to tell me that the drink machines were out of order inside and they had to use the drive-thru machine. Cool.
