Worst experience ever. Ron was the best salesman ever, promising you the world. But he would never return phone calls, you had to constantly chase him down and would have to go into the store to get any information. The floor came in wrong twice. When they ripped out the old padding and carpet they threw it out the windows and left it for us to clean up. They used a crow bar to remove the moldings and took chunks out of the walls. Never came back to put the saddles on in 3 rooms. Worst of all we trusted this company and gave them a key to get into our home. They not only did a unprofessional shoddy job, 3 paintings were STOLEN OFF OUR WALLS. And their response was WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. What? You’re not responsible?

Veronica was my sales rep and she was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and under budget too! We recently purchased a home in Sag Harbor New York and used the Carpet man for all of our Area rugs and Window coverings . Unlike a lot of Vendors in the Hamptons their prices were reasonable. They absolutely did everything the were supposed to do and delivered everything on time. It was a pleasure working with Robert the owner who is an honest man together with Mary in Window coverings and Sue in flooring. They all deal in a very professional manner.
