Best window treatment store in Southampton, New York (NY) 2024

Worst experience ever. Ron was the best salesman ever, promising you the world. But he would never return phone calls, you had to constantly chase him down and would have to go into the store to get any information. The floor came in wrong twice. When they ripped out the old padding and carpet they threw it out the windows and left it for us to clean up. They used a crow bar to remove the moldings and took chunks out of the walls. Never came back to put the saddles on in 3 rooms. Worst of all we trusted this company and gave them a key to get into our home. They not only did a unprofessional shoddy job, 3 paintings were STOLEN OFF OUR WALLS. And their response was WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. What? You’re not responsible? ~Cindy
