I have no idea why I put up Wells Fargo Arrogant practices... (sighs) I tried to withdraw 8K and was told I would have to take 20 dollar bills. (400 of them! verses 80/100's or 160 50's) So I tried to call and schedule a withdrawal... they won't answer, it's all automated. You HAVE to go in to talk to a person. One more Covid 19 excuse and ARGHHHHH!

I want to start by saying thank you to Josh, Cody, and Jacob. A rather seamless experience with these gentlemen I worked with today. From Jacob greeting me and introducing me to Josh who helped me later open 2 checking accounts, before that, Josh introduced me to Cody who was able to give me personalized advice on which account would be best for my needs. All around I felt very satisfied with my experience. I got clear advice and they got me all taken care of in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again, Brayden

Slow. Slow slow slow in their drive thru teller lanes. One car in front of me and already waiting 15 min. I remember why I usually use the credit union now. Drive thru is for quick transactions.

I've had two great experiences here in the last month. Great customer service with a complicated transaction. Very friendly and helpful. I went in thinking it was going to take a long time to handle the transaction and to my delight the person I dealt with was very knowledgeable about this type of transaction and I was in and out in a few minutes!

I would say management needs to do some training at this branch after reading the reviews. Yesterday at 4:20pm I pulled into the drive thru. There are two lanes and each one had a car in it and the teller was waiting on both as I could hear them talking. After about five minutes both cars pulled out and I pulled up to the box. I was the only car left in the drive thru. The teller tells me "We closed at 4:00pm today and our drive thru is closed. She refused to handle my transaction even though I was the only car left and she had just completed two previous transactions both occurring after this alleged closing time. There are no signs posting the closing time. I understand them closing the walk in due to the germs and virus that the tellers could be exposed to. But the drive thru makes no sense. I think management is trying to save money and cut the payroll by shutting down early. I just checked the web site for this branch and it says inside closes at 4:00pm and drive thru closes at 6:00pm. I am posting this the day after the incident so I am sure it had the same hours posted for yesterday. This is very poor customer service especially since I was the only car left and had been in line waiting my turn. Shame on you Wells Fargo! I have been a customer since 1984 and have five accounts there. I think it is time to look for a new bank. Very disappointed in you!

I've had nothing but the best experiences with Wells Fargo, and this branch in particular has been great. My wife and I merged our finances when we got married earlier this year and we chose Wells Fargo over Bank of America (my original bank) and we've been very happy. Despite the fact we don't exactly have a ton of money with them, they were always very helpful and fast with any of our requests, which ranged from opening a joint account to notarizing a car title (all their bankers are notaries and notarize things for free) to getting a mortgage. I highly recommend them to anyone. Also, in contrast to my Bank of America experience, getting help at Wells Fargo branches is very easy and fast; this includes this branch but also several others around the north valley.

The employees I've interacted with were all super friendly, but after opening a new checking account, I had to call support as it was not appearing in my online portal. I'm taking advantage of the $400 new checking account promotion, not because I'm a fan, but because they're giving away free money. And just like the other promos I'm working, I'll be out soon enough with my four bones in hand. One of the features I find immensely cool, is the ability to deposit cash into the ATM, and watch it scan your dollar dollar bills, y'all! It will even text you with the amount you fed to it. Sending money with Zelle is pretty easy and my recipients receive their funds immediately! Oh, and their CashWise Visa promo looks tasty too. Check it out

Not the branch the complete Bank the worst I had them once somebody needed to open up account so they would open and closed accounts on me I have that done 25 times what a scam then they send me emails and text messages all the time don't even have their Bank never would worse bang stay away

This place is run like a joke. Waited 12 min in drive through because an old lady pulled up 30 sec before me and wanted crisp 20 bills for birthday cards. After 8 min I talked to a woman manager who informed me that it is their policy to take the first person, regardless of how long that one person takes. Even though when I pulled up she hadn't even filled out any forms yet. My deposit was ready to roll. Took 12 min to get to me. And 30 seconds to do my transaction...
