This bank, this branch, here on N Scottsdale Rd was the absolute best experience I ever had dealing with any bank before! The staff was outstanding and went overboard when I found myself in a particular jam. I haven’t enough words to thank and praise them for their knowledge in the banking transaction itself, and their assistance with my personal disability problem. Looking for a new bank… I say search no more! Thank you guys❗️

Wow, I'm somewhat shocked and saddened by the rude and discourteous behavior of the staff at this location. The short, older, blonde lady that "helped" me couldn't have been more unpleasant. I signed up with Firstbank years ago because their mobile banking is good, but I'm seriously considering changing to a different bank after this experience. What a shame.

Decided to open a checking account at this bank due to proximity and after reviewing the checking account options online. After having the account for a week, the put a block on my card. No one told me, no email, no phone call, no text. The card just stops working. I called the bank and asked why it stopped, they said the fraud department put a block on it. I told them there was no fraud and I would be happy to verify any transactions. They said the card would be blocked for 7 business days and there was nothing they could do about it. In addition to blocking my card, they said they would also block my paycheck that I deposited on the mobile app a day earlier, and hold the funds on the check also for 7 business days. I had already deposited a couple paychecks with this bank without issue and now this one is being held, and they weren't going to tell me about this either, it just so happened that since I called about my debit card not working they would tell me about my checks that I deposit now being on hold as well. Now I have paid rent and other bills, and everything is going to bounce since they have decided to block my deposits. This bank won't even deposit cash instantly, and could take up to 3 hours. It was a terrible mistake opening an account at FirstBank, and it has now created many problems. They also say I am responsible for any overdraft fees which are a result of my bounced checks, which would be a result of the bank deciding to put a hold on my deposit from a day ago. They guys are terrible and definitely not a real bank and lack ethics. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES, FEE'S, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
