5 Best bank in Scottsdale, Arizona (AZ) 2024

This bank, this branch, here on N Scottsdale Rd was the absolute best experience I ever had dealing with any bank before! The staff was outstanding and went overboard when I found myself in a particular jam. I haven’t enough words to thank and praise them for their knowledge in the banking transaction itself, and their assistance with my personal disability problem. Looking for a new bank… I say search no more! Thank you guys❗️ ~Louise

Zero Stars. Now let me explain why. I started banking here after I moved away from my local bank in Colorado which was very hands on helpful and had great communication. Well this bank will restrict/take fees/close your account without so much as a single warning or email and will find ways to skim money from your account and checks to make more money. They recently closed my account for no reason and haven't given me my money yet despite being required by law to send me my money in the mail or schedule with me to give it to me in person. I will now forever have trust issues and will be getting 100% of what I'm told in writing from now on. These failures need to do better. ~Aiden

I have no idea why I put up Wells Fargo Arrogant practices... (sighs) I tried to withdraw 8K and was told I would have to take 20 dollar bills. (400 of them! verses 80/100's or 160 50's) So I tried to call and schedule a withdrawal... they won't answer, it's all automated. You HAVE to go in to talk to a person. One more Covid 19 excuse and ARGHHHHH! ~Ken

Great service and a great staff. Extremely attentive to your needs. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about you. During the last year I was going through a very stressful divorce and everybody here did everything to make my life much simpler. Not just the best Chase branch, but the best bank branch I have ever been to! ~Terry

I set up an appointment a week in advance to open a business account. I choose a day and time my company would be at its slowest. I get a call 45 minutes prior to my appointment to be cancelled by the bank. So unprofessional that I schedule this in advance and get asked to postpone my appointment for a later date. I’d just stay clear away from Wells Fargo at this point ~Rey
