Zero Stars. Now let me explain why. I started banking here after I moved away from my local bank in Colorado which was very hands on helpful and had great communication. Well this bank will restrict/take fees/close your account without so much as a single warning or email and will find ways to skim money from your account and checks to make more money. They recently closed my account for no reason and haven't given me my money yet despite being required by law to send me my money in the mail or schedule with me to give it to me in person. I will now forever have trust issues and will be getting 100% of what I'm told in writing from now on. These failures need to do better.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! I spent 2 years with chase and this specific establishment. I met with the same banker every time. Recently, I went and applied for a credit card. Know that my credit was so good, a different bank 10 minutes away approved me in 7 minutes. Chase banks process took 30 minutes, I was declined, and I'm sure it had nothing to do with my credit but the actual banker there disliking me for whatever reason. So, know that these people can hurt your credit just because they may or may not LIKE YOU! So, learn from me and invest your time and money elsewhere!

After banking with this location for more then 30 years (Valley Bank and then Chase Bank) I will be moving my business accounts and personal accounts to another bank. Most recently being asked to provide proof of identification by showing my id on a cash deposit at the drive up and in the past this branch lost a check in the amount of $14,300 and it was never to be found. For the above reasons and many others I would not do my banking with the Bank.
