Yeah, I ordered online. The front counter person told me I still had to wait. The sign lies!! I’ve been waiting 10 minutes. I won’t be able to eat my lunch. It’s going to go to waste, because they’re taking forever to make my online food that I ordered 10 minutes before coming here. Don’t waste your time!

Always go at night and the lady is so nice. Food always comes out good. No hit or miss cuz it’s always hitting.

The food and service was good but it's not the best neighborhood to eat there. There was a homeless couple there that made it a little uncomfortable when the woman was going off on the manager about the quality of her food and accused them of making the wrong burrito. She must have been on Crack or something because everyone in the place knew what she ordered because of the scene she made when ordering and they made the right one. We finished our meal and left before the police showed up of course. Stick to the drive thru if you're needing a taco fix at this location.

I was picking up a Door Dash order inside the store and I was waiting an unusually long time. I communicated to the worker that a customer order was taken after the order that I showed up to pick up, however the customers order was received before my Door Dash order that was a bean burrito and something else similar. A manager then stepped up speaking loudly and taking the conversation in a whole negative direction telling me that drive through orders were priority. Not even relevant. Wanted to give zero stars

I took a Werner shuttle to grab dinner. As i was waiting for my ride two employees walked in stood by the resgister. One women was messing with her shoe the other squatted down while the other brushed her hair leaving hair assessories and brush on table. They walked behind counter and started working. Didnt wash hands. After seeing this i threw my food in the trash.17.00 wasted. Hair and food just dont mix. Mean while three men who had ordered a lot of food ask for quacamole that was suppose to be on their order. The guy behind the counter had the nerve to suggest charging them for a side of quacamole. After they paid alot of money. Good customer service would have given him the side. Dont waste your money here. 😫

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible place! Mainly because of the cashier Haylie V. She was so disrespectful from when I started placing my order through the drive through. My 3 year old asked for something and messed up what she wanted. So when I changed it Haylie V. Got so upset and breathed heavily saying "now I will have to start all over" my 3 year old was asking if she was OK because she heard the frustration in her voice. When I pulled up to pay she tried walking to the back with my debt card when I mention that I did not like her walking around with my car she got even more rude. I will never visit another taco bell. Plenty of other great paces.

Stopped for a quick bite. Staff is friendly. Nacho fries arrived cold. Staff addressed issue. One of the doritos taco did not have any meat in it. They were able to remake one. Other items were ok. Self serve drink machine. Restrooms are locked. Staff will open them up for you. Parking lot is on the small side. They have a drive up window. Also a kiosk inside to order. Some areas need a wipe down. No trash on the floor.

If I could do a zero rating I would. I have had so many problems with this location. Mainly the main manager and Sabrina. They refuse to give their names and if you have a problem they will refuse to return your recipe. Claiming they need it for their records but they were able to print out a copy for me. Luckily I took multiple pictures of my receipt because I knew they would do that. After 10 years working for Taco Bell the manager should know what the product should weigh after it is prepared and not tell the customer I don't want to deal with you. Completely horrible customer service! I'm just disgusted!!!
